Pumpkin
My kin, the pumpkin
is in my garden
nestled underneath the vine
bend your body
find the pumpkin
positioning to grow
expressing itself
living among us gracefully
providing support
for the body
as part of the whole
is its story
why trade it as a futures commodity?
It has vitamins and minerals needed by the body
giving up its life
the body grateful
dancing to the melody
in harmony
