Life Rhymes: OCD and the SKIN

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
Is a condition driven by
emotional energy
within the mind

we are driven
to repeat an act
to get comfort
from what we are
obsessing about

and this is present
in everyone

We obsess about
how we look
so we put on
a nice dress

some make-up
and handbag

We perceive
we lack something
so we judge

First ourselves
then we project
it unto others

We also have
a compulsion
to bust the pimple

To give us comfort
because we have
emotional turmoil

We bite our nail
when we are anxious
and we pull our hair
when we are angry
or when there's frustration

So let us equalize
our expression
and not judge those
diagnosed with OCD
or any obsessive compulsion

we have to release the obsession
and the compulsion

not in biting our nails
or picking on the skin
protecting us from adverse
climate condition

or pulling our hair
in frustration

But in forgiving our need
to control
forgiving our judgments
and correcting patterns of obsession

Our environment
impulse us
the media full of advertising
we obsess about where to get money
to buy the next product we see

So we have to end
this see-saw in our mind
that create a social mishap
and become the creators of our
within and without

Check out the living income
guarantee our survival
let's provide money for all
and a job for those needing one

A balanced money ecosystem
to stop the lack
obsession in check
our mind rest

Rewriting the pattern
so the S-nake KIN
(skin)
will be my kin
to correction

S-elf KIN (skin)
is how i see
i can live in harmony
with the word

In gratitude
I honour
the SKIN
as equal to all

OCD is here
as a tool
to develop
a real relationship
with my kin
the Skin

202: The Body Parts Judgments 1 Part 24 Day 65:

The Body Part 1
Timeline

In my last blog, i wrote about shyness, i saw that i connected it to certain parts of my body. Then, i saw Lindsay's blog where a quote about the body was posted from an eqafe interview that says the most important point  to do self-forgiveness is with ones  physical body. So, in this blog, i will do self-forgiveness for points i have with my body.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from my physical body

Self-forgiveness for judging the Thigh:

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge my left thigh as less than myself and my right thigh as more than myself based on a belief that when the thigh have a scar - it looks bad and when it does not have a scar it looks good.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge the scarred skin where my right breast was taken after the cancer operation as less than myself based on a belief
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge the right thigh as more than my left thigh based on a belief that when a thigh has no scar on it looks good - and when it has a scar- it looks bad

Self-forgiveness for Judging the Breast and other related points:
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge my left breast as more than myself and my right breast as less than myself based on a belief that when the breast is removed because of surgery it looks bad and when the breast has not been removed because of surgery it looks good -

not realizing that the surgery was done because of what i have accepted and allowed
 as i abuse my body
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to suppress me and my expression as the physical body
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to  participate in comparison, judgment and jealousy - where i designed competition within my mind  etc. -desiring to be happy - and within that resource the physical and transform it to energy for the mind to exist

instead of realizing that there is consequence for accepting and allowing mind participation
blaming substance/physical within spite
judging the breast - not realizing that the breast is made from substance - and so as i judge the breast - i judge substance- blaming it for expressing the way that it does - within spite
====
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to suppress me and my expression
as the physical
believing that i have to do whatever the people who i defined as 'authority figures in my life'
 say
and within that take the consequential outflow of that suppression

Self-forgiveness for Judging the Skin:
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge my skin as less than myself and a young woman's skin as more than myself based on a belief that when the skin is elastic and young - it looks good and when it is wrinkly and old it looks bad.

Self-forgiveness for judging my Gluteus Maximus Muscles
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge my gluteus maximus as less than myself and Leon's gluteus maximus  as more than myself - based on a belief that when a bum is firm and fleshy it looks good and when a bum is saggy and not fleshy it looks bad

Self-forgiveness for Judging my  Pelvis
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge my pelvis as less than myself and Leon's pelvis as more than myself - based on a belief that when the pelvis is about 8- 10 inches more than the waist - it looks good and when the pelvis is 2-6 inches bigger than the waist or smaller than the waist it looks bad.

Self-forgiveness for Judging My abdominal Muscles
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge my abdominal muscles as less than myself and Leon's abdominal muscles as more than myself based on a belief that when the abdominal muscles is firm and young it looks good and when the abdominal muscles is saggy, bulging and old it looks bad
