so it is to stop the noise
within my mind
forgiving positive and negative values

defragging the computer within my mind

I realized that my fear of losing my memory
within forgetfulness
and desiring to remember memories

is me as the mind 
fearing to lose
within fear of suffering/pain/discofort/sadness
desiring to win
within desiring to be comfortable, pain free and happy

I assist myself to accept and allow me to see what is here
here (hear) what is here
sense what is here
as part of the whole 
as part of the physical
as part of this one Life
taking self-responsibility for all as me

being aware of me as the breath as i take in knowledge and information
which is composed of symbols as letters as words
being aware of the location that i am in in any moment
being aware of the symbols as words i speak and write 
being aware of me as the breath here
in every moment i move
in every moment i speak
in every moment i write

face the fear
walk back 
and see where it all started
map out how i created 'my within'
as the mind
so as i see that
i map out and see 
how i created 'my without'
as this world system

forgive, correct, redefine and apply myself 

so as i redefine words
I redefine myself
I redefine life

for what is best for all
