take self-responsibility for all parts of me as life
mapping out how i created 'my within' as the mind 
and 'my without' as this world system

standing equal with my mind

that is trapped 
within my mind 
and within the physical
so as i release myself
in 'my within'
release myself as all in 'my without'

I assist myself to release words 
that are charged with positive and negative values
redefining words as equal to who i am, what i am and how i am

so as i redefine words
i redefine myself to that
who always stand for what is best for all
