Looking at the definition of the word 'Team' from the Dictionary to see if i can relate to how it was used:

How I Defined The Word 'Team' Within Its Sound

tea-m-e

1. When I am in a team someone will give me tea

2. The tea is equal to who i am 

eat-m-e

1. When I am in a team, someone will eat with me and I will have company and it will be a pleasurable experience.

2. I am equal to the food I eat as plants and animals etc. - as they are here with humans walking this one life as a team - supporting the body to get the nutrition it needs for what is mutually beneficial for all.

meat (backwards, with the e and a interchanged)

1. The team will have meat for me to eat so i will get pleasure from it.

2. The meat of humans, animals, plants etc. comes from the dust of the earth and to dust it will return - equal and one.

mate

1. The team mates through interaction with each other and decide on goals, plans that is buried within structure that is limited - predicts the future in the present and restricts access to doorways where all can benefit within a preconceived idea of what a team should be and what a leader should be - within self-interest - unaware of who and what they are and why they are in the team and behaving the way they do - believing they are aware within a limited idea of who, what and why they are there - so compromise the existence of the group and limits its expansion.

2. The members of the team mate - meaning they interact with each other - the starting point being what is best for all life - walks moment by moment, walking into or out of structure when needed, cross-referencing with each other, where their words and actions speak of who, what and why they are - spotting problems and correcting as they walk - opening doorways for everyone to grow and expand to their utmost potential.

Expanding The Meaning of The Word 'Business'
The activity of providing goods and services involving financial and commercial and industrial aspects.

Providing goods and services is an activity that involves physical movement that becomes our behavior. The behavior is directed by the mind most of the time as we try to survive in a world of competition. So, we have to look at how we can act in a way that we are present in every moment when we do something so we can be sure we are the one directing our behavior in the workplace.

We can consider looking at who we are within what we do.

We are the breath within this body, so it is commonsensical to rather than be directed by the mind (as fears, anger, anxiety etc.) while conducting business, we stop and breathe when and as we see ourselves going into stress.

The mind uses electrical impulses to carry out its functions. Mental energy is resourced from the body and while we give our body energy from the food we eat, which comes from the earth, to function and survive, we also take energy from it through thinking, reacting etc. We do this throughout the day while doing our jobs.

If we take energy from our body most of the time, it can lead to dis-ease. So, we can minimize creating stress for the body by releasing fears or 'stress generating' words and phrases using tools that work like self-forgiveness and clearing the meaning of words we speak and write.

It is supportive to be aware of and be self-directive in our actions to align it to what will benefit the organization and everyone that will be affected by our decisions.

Our products and services can help in creating awareness to what is going on in our body and this world. We can point out problems and provide a solution that can improve people's awareness of themselves and their environment and through this awareness look at the problems and provide a solution.

This translates to money for the business because as we give, we receive also.

Since the earth provides raw materials to support all of us to survive here on earth, it will help us all to align to the expression of the earth and assist in creating a world where there's guaranteed  survival for all through supporting organizations that does this in conjunction with earning profit for our business to survive as an organization.

My Expanded Definition of The Word 'Organization'

beings working and creating a product or service that will benefit all  life and aligns its functions to make that happen.

Organizations work for profit. We have to realize that money is made from raw materials coming from the earth and therefore has a value equal to Life.

We can create a product or service that will help us be aware of what is going on in our body and the physical universe around us etc. so we can assist ourselves and earn money and profit all at the same time from the starting point of what is best for all.

We are all birthed here living this life, therefore, we are equals, and so it is best  to create a world where survival is guaranteed for all - not just for the few.
