2012: Redefining the word DIET Part 34 Day 73

In nutritiondiet is the sum of food consumed by a person or other organism.[1] Dietary habits are the habitual decisions an individual or culture makes when choosing what foods to eat. With the word diet, it is often implied the use of specific intake of nutrition for health orweight-management reasons (with the two often being related). Although humans are omnivores, each culture and each person holds some food preferences or some food taboos, due to personal tastes or ethical reasons. Individual dietary choices may be more or less healthy. Proper nutrition requires the proper ingestion and absorption of vitaminsminerals, and food energy in the form of carbohydrates,proteins, and fats. Dietary habits and choices play a significant role in health and mortality and can also define cultures and play a role inreligion.

Redefining The Word DIET
The definition given above is a definition of the eg-personality defined by words which one separated oneself from. i am redefining the word - in a way where i can live the meaning i give it as who i am as all life - equal to all that exist - as all are made from the same substance all are made of.

Sounds like: DIE  ye-T

(D-efining oneself as the 'I' within f-E-ar of dying separa-T-ing oneself from who one is, as life)

all the food that a person or other organism consume within a decision based on fear of getting fat,  fear of being ugly, fear of sickness, fear of death etc.  - as one partcipates in positive, neutral or negative energetic experiences - where the mind mines the body for energy - where one separates oneself from food items one is eating - within a world based in inequality - where animals and plants are killed for food and profit - realizes through ones process of self-perfection that one is equal to all that exist - so eats realizing that the food is equal to oneself as life - eats what the body accepts and does not eat what the body rejects - until we stop the mind - and we do not need to kill animals and plants to survive - in a world based on equality.

Quote:
'What is clear about words that are defined within and as self as polarized words, are that they are reactive in nature. Meaning when carrying a negatively or positively charged word within and as self, this polarity charged word will ‘react’ within its environment seeking out designs of ‘homeostasis’ or ‘winning’. The consequential outflows of negatively and positively charged words are predetermined in that they follow a specific pre-programmed path.

It is thus common sense to realize that, what we place as definitions within and as ourselves is what we manifest within the expression of ourselves. This is why we redefine words; to find the living expression evident in each word from the principle of oneness and equality. As we look at a word we are moving ourselves through the word to see what it represents and what it stands for as a living expression. By assigning a definition to the word we are developing our vocabulary by placing within the definitions, living definitions that stand free from polarity which are able to stand as living expressions of the words that we have redefined.' ~ Taken from Earth's Journey to Life Blog.

2012: Me, The Marinara Sauce, The Peppercorn and the Capers : My Peppercorn Experience Part 33 Day 72

My Experience of the Peppercorn:
I was doing a marinara sauce with capers so i decided to ask my partner to get capers from the shelves as i shop for vegetables in a store here in Dallas as i was about to make a marinara sauce for my client.

Capers are small round berries normally used in mediterranean cooking. When i returned home i put the peppercorns inside the sauce. When i was tasting it, i tasted different from the normal marinara sauce i normally do. I tried making it taste right, by putting other herbs.. I realized we bought the pickled peppercorn instead of the capers. The people who ate it did not notice. I was a little bit disappointed. I did notice the taste difference.

===
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to compare the pickled pepper to the capers

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge the pickled pepper as less than myself and the capers as more than myself

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to design competition within comparison judgment and jealousy within my experience of the pickled pepper- not realizing i am equal to all that exist as all came from the same substance all are made of.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to compare the size of the peppercorn to the size of the capers

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to believe that the flavor of the pickled capers is better than the flavor of the pickled peppercorn

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to believe that the marinara sauce should taste a certain way according to how it normally is being made - believing that the culinary rules and culture dictates how the human preparing the food will express oneself and how the marinara sauce will express itself

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge the taste of the marinara sauce with pickled peppercorns as less than myself and the taste of the  marinara sauce with capers as more than myself

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to not identify the pickled peppercorn through its texture - hard, stays its shape when squeezed

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to not identify the capers through its texture - soft, disintegrates when squeezed

Self-commitment:
I commit myself to when and as i see myself  comparing the taste of the pickled peppercorn to the taste of the capers - i stop - i breathe - i realize that i am designing competition when i compare the 2. .This gives me a feeling that the capers taste better than the pickled peppercorns - where i see the peppercorn less than what it is and the capers as more than what it is - where one wins and one lose - not realizing that this is not a competition, and that what is best for all is for me to select which taste i prefer and put that ingredient in the marinara sauce. I stop participating as this is not what is best for me. I realize this is not what is best for all because i will create a world based on competition.
===
Memory

Self-forgiveness:
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to define myself within  a memory of how the marinara sauce taste
i forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to define myself within the memory of the taste of the peppercorn
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to define myself within the memory of the taste of the capers
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to define myself within the memory of the size of the peppercorn.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to define myself within the memory of the size of the capers
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to define myself within the memory of the color of the peppercorn which is grayish black with a tinge of green
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to define myself within the memory of the color of the capers which is grayish black with a tinge of green

Self-commitment Statements:

I commit myself to when and as i see myself .separating myself from physical reality by living the past - defining myself within the memory of how the marinara taste - and judging which taste is more than myself  and which taste is less than myself - within my mind - i stop and breathe. I realize that what i am doing is sifting though my experiences of the past - where i separate myself from what is here - not realizing i am here as breath in every moment.
===
Backchat

Self-forgiveness:
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to use backchat as a method of judging the peppercorn as less than myself - and the capers as more than myself - by thinking ' this will not taste like a marinara sauce. He will not like the taste of it' - the capers definitely taste better.' - and within this i forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to use backchat to define myself within like and dislike, better or worse, good and bad.

Self-commitment
I commit to when and as i see myself using backchat as a method of judging the peppercorn as less than me - i stop and breathe. I correct myself. I stop participating.
==

Self-forgiveness:
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to use body movement  as a method of judging the peppercorn as less than me - and the capers as more than me - by widening my eyes and moving my body using my feet to go near the bottle of pickled peppercorns and moving my nose next to the bottle of the pickled peppercorns and smelling it - and not having liked the smell of it - i moved my body back - and hold my breath

I commit to when and as i see myself using body movements as a method of judging the peppercorn as less than me and the capers as more than myself - where my eyes widening, moving my body using my feet to go near the bottle of pickled peppercorns and moving my nose next to the bottle of pickled peppercorns and smelling it- and not having liked the smell of it - i moved my body back - and hold my breath - i  stop and breathe. I correct myself. I stop participating.

How I Created This World:

I forgive myself 'as the elite', that i have accepted and allowed myself to to be in a position of affluence where i deprive others of equal access to the resources on earth - that is given by the earth unconditionally for all - that all may survive.

I forgive myself 'as the workers', that i have accepted and allowed myself to earn money being employed by corporations who make profit from selling peppercorn spices - not realizing that i can assist in establishing an equal money system where all will be given equal amount of money to survive in dignity - without having to work for it - as i have the right to life - as i am a part of life.

I forgive myself 'as the corporations' that i have accepted and allowed myself to mine the earth of peppercorns in exchange for profit - in an unequal monetary system - not realizing that we can assist in establishing an equal money system - where the peppercorns will be enjoyed by all - and use it to support the body to survive - as the earth gave them for all to enjoy

Self-commitment:
I commit to expose the abuse of the peppercorns in the food industry
I commit to expose the wastage of peppercorn in the food industry in the name of entertaining ones taste buds

2012: Redefining FOOD Part 33 Day 72

===

According to Wikipedia,
Food is any substance[1] consumed to provide nutritional support for the body. It is usually of plant or animal origin, and contains essential nutrients, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, or minerals. The substance is ingested by an organism and assimilated by the organism's cells in an effort to produce energy, maintain life, or stimulate growth.

Redefining FOOD

Any substance consumed to provide nutrition for the body and contains essential nutrients needed by the body to survive –  perceiving oneself separate from  plants and animals - used as food items in ones food preparations - separate from the nutrients one get - separate from the carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fats -based from knowledge and information separate from oneself - and within that separation forms relationships - where one participate in positive, neutral or negative experiences with that which one separated oneself from within ones mind - as the ego-personality - as the mind mines the body for energy  – transforming substance/physical to energy.

(Food : F-eel g-O-od l-O-ok goo--D)

Uses food to make one 'feel' good  and look good' as one desires happiness - fearing sadness fearing suffering, fearing pain, fearing death - and essentially fearing not existing as who one believed one is , within an awareness of separation - unaware that one exist with all parts of life - interested only in ones survival

This unequal monetary system we exist in- where plants and animals are being killed for food and profit -is not what is best for all of us nor is it best for oneself as all life. Seeing the role the economic system plays in ones view of oneself - assists in establishing a world based on equality - where one investigates what food will assist all - until we do not need to kill plants and animals to survive.

Realizing that one is equal to all that exist -through ones process of self-perfection - as all are made of the same substance all are made of,

Redefines Food as a substance that provides sustenance for the body - where one sees the substance, the body, the nutrients - as the vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, and fats as equal to all that exist - standing equal to its expression - communicates with it physically - bringing the food within oneself and looks at how the body responds to the substance - takes what the body prefers -  to assist its optimum survival .

Redefining the Word Birthday

Today is my birthday. In this blog, i am redefining this word - to a word that i can live as who i am - equal to all that exist.

According to Wilkipedia,
A birthday is a day or anniversary when a person celebrates his or her date of birth.

(B-irth of the' I' R-ealizing The H-ere is the D-ay  of  the A-ll that is Y-ou)

A day when a person celebrates ones date of birth - as the ego-personality - defined by ones origin, family and positive, neutral or negative experiences  of this world - as one perceives oneself separate from All life - expressing who one is  based on ones beliefs, judgments etc. - realizes through the process of self-perfection  that one is equal to all that exist - as all are made from the same substance all are made of - looks at ones thoughts,experiences etc and directs oneself to birth oneself using self living principles, redefines words, deconstruct ones mind patterns and reconstruct oneself to live from the starting point of what is best for all life - a day when a person celebrates one date of rebirth as ones date of birth and manifest a result that will affect existence as a whole as what is best for all.

2012: Redefining Breatharianism Part 32 Day 71

Redefining  Breathariaism

According to Wikipedia
Inedia (Latin: "fasting") is the alleged ability to live without food.
Breatharianism is a related concept, in which believers claim food and possibly water are not necessary, and that humans can be sustained solely by prana (the vital life force inHinduism), or, according to some, by the energy in sunlight (according to Ayurveda, sunlight is one of the main sources of prana). The terms breatharianism or inedia may also refer to this philosophy practised as a lifestyle in place of the usual diet.

Redefining Breatharianism
(BREATH  As R-eligion to  'I' A-s  equal to the breath,  as a-N  organ-ISM   in a world based on equality)

An alleged ability to live without food and water for short periods or longer periods - based on positive, neutral or negative experiences - through eating and/or not eating - trying to find out 'the best' diet - liking the 'freedom' one experiences without food - defined within  the polarity of having food' and 'not having food', 'freedom and no freedom' etc. - where the mind is  feeding off the body to keep these energetic experiences  going -  as the ego-personality - in self-interest  -  in an unequal monetary system  - where plants and animals are being killed for food and profit.
This is a limited definition, one that cannot be lived as an expression of who one is as equal to all that exist.
Realizes through ones process of self-perfection that one is equal to all that exist – as all came from the same substance all are made of -as the character standing equal to all that Is here.

Seeing the commonsense that 'as within so without' - as the within of oneself - stops the mind - so the mind stops feeding off the body- and as the without of oneself- assists in establishing a world based on equality-  lives as who one is - as the breath in every moment here -  and lives without needing to kill animals and plants for food for profit.

*Redefines breatharianism  as living  without food and water - where one births oneself as a real character in flesh and blood -  as the physical/substance - aware of itself - as equal to all that exist - as the air - as an expression equal to oneself - prefers to use air  as nourishment - cross- referenced with/as all standing as life- for what is best for all.

2012: Redefining Culinary Arts Part 31 Day 70

===

Redefining Culinary Arts
According to Wikipedia, Culinary Art is:
 the art of preparing and cooking foods.
===
Redefining Culinary Arts
(C-ooking as yo- U  Like , Images  Never  Actual  Real  Y-ou A-s  R-eal as  The expression of who you are as  S-elf)
It is the art of preparing and cooking food - which is about pleasing the  partaker of the food - it's about the look and flavor of the food - where the one who prepares it is called a cook or chef prepares the food to please another separate from oneself  and perceiving oneself  separate from the plants and animals used-   defines oneself according to energetic accumulation of positive experiences of the mind from what one eats -based on accepted beliefs and knowledge and information regarding food preparation - as per a group of caharacters' /systems' agreement as to what food is - decides what is acceptable or not in this world- where stopping the mind is not considered - - existing in an unequal monetary system that kills animals and plants for food and profit

Realizes through ones process of self-perfection that one is equal to all that exist – as all came from the same substance all are made of.

Sees the commonsense, 'as within so without' - so as the within of oneself - stops the mind - stops it feeding off the body for energy -aligns oneself to the without of oneself - assists in establishing a world based on equality - where killing of animals and plants for food and profit stops -investigates and develop food that will give the body nutrition that it needs to survive - until we stop the mind - and the mind no longer feed off the body - and we do not need to kill to survive.

*Redefines culinary arts as the art of preparing food as an expression of oneself as who one really is - as equal to all -  prepares food  as an expression of oneself -  where food is clean and eatable -  brings the food here as equal to ones expression - standing equal to the food - and looking at  how the body responds to it -taking into consideration that the genetic make up  of the body is different between individuals- assists the body by preparing food using what the body prefers.

2012; Redefining Veganism Part 30 Day 69

Vegan Enchilada

Redefining Veganism
According to Wikipedia, Veganism is:
Veganism is the practice of abstaining from the use of animal products. Ethical vegans reject the commodity status of animals and the use of animal products for any purpose, while dietary vegans (or strict vegetarians) eliminate them from their diet only. Another form, environmental veganism, rejects the use of animal products on the premise that the industrial practice is environmentally damaging and unsustainable.[1]

Redefining Veganism
(V E G-etable Eating A-gainst a-NImal killing  as an i-S M)
The practice of avoiding the use of animal products – removes honey and milk from the diet – to eat fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains- as a philosophy or a way of life as one identifies as the ego/personality/character – perceiving oneself separate from all that exist –  decides from the basis of what is good or bad based on ones positive, neutral or negative experiences of this world – a world that is based on inequality – where animals and plants are killed for food and profit- existing in an unequal monetary system

Realizes through the process of self-perfection – that one is equal to all that exist – as all are made of the same substance all are made of  - practice abstaining from the use of animal products including honey and milk  to assist the body’s preference for this kind of food – until we stop mind participation where we stop transforming substance to energy and stop abusing the body.

Sees the commonsense, 'as within, so without', assists in establishing a world based on equality - where  selling animals and plants for food and profit stops – and where animals, humans, plants etc. live as equal in a world that truly honors life
