X-mas Rap For X-Pansion

My X-MAS RAP

X-MAS

Lots of food
and gifts for the brood
what is Christmas
for the poor?

No food nor gifts
we have to endeavor
to be the Christ
that gives to all

We have to give
what we want to receive
and become the Santa
of this world

Giving gifts
that last
for the succeeding generations
guaranteed survival
for one and all

Living income guaranteed
plus potential
to work for more

So the world can see
we are standing
for what is best for all

Cling Clang
Cling Clang
Bells of Joy

Self-expression to the fore
creating heaven on earth
for sure

When I say
X-Mas
I mean
XXX - pansion

Pan determinism
to our utmost

We have a potential
as human
standing for
what is best for all
knowing essentially
this is what is best for you and me

ho ho ho

The real gift
is the gift
that is received by all

When I say X-mas
I mean  XXX - passion

Pan-determinism to our utmost
We have a potential
as human

The Pumpkin

Link

PUMPKIN Is FOOD.

FOOD Iis a substance that provides nutrition for the body.

I will expand it further and say - Food is a substance that nourish the body . It comes from the earth. It is here to support the body's survival.

The pumpkin gives us nutrition yet we do not use it for nutrition.

We use it to make our tastebuds happy.

We are so unhappy, we need to use the produce of the earth to be happy rather than be grateful to them for providing our body with nutrition. Isn't that something?

That is self-interest. That is not something we do for what is mutually beneficial for humans, plants and the earth.

We are not interested in nutrition.

We are interested in entertainment.

Even if we are interested in nutrition, it is because of a hidden agenda.

We want to be slim and healthy so we can have more admiration from others and if we are endorsing a 'health product', we can attract more money.

During Halloween, we use the pumpkin to celebrate our tastebuds.

We even encourage kids to get sweets for sweets sake.

Sweet tasting food are here for us to swallow the food so our body gets nutrition.

This is not to be abused because the kids will become adults and they will start having sweet cravings from memories of having associated sweets with Halloween and other events with family and friends.

Me as an adult who loved chocolates when I was young.

Then they will blame the chocolates for being overweight.

When I gained weight, I assisted myself and lost 9.3 lbs. which is now an E-book

That is not the cacao plant's fault.

This is a matter of looking at our vocabulary and looking at what food is.

We also associated pumpkins with folklore and Cinderella. It's meaning has been twisted.

Is the pumpkin here for that purpose?

What about the poor who can make use of the pumpkin we carve to survive?

The pumpkin is being traded in futures trading. We also make money from the pumpkin through buying and selling like stocks trading.

So it all boils down to money.

There are many ways we can solve our money problem but this is the one I suggest: http://livingincome.me

We also have to look at our words and clear our definitions of emotional and feeling associations from memories - which are pictures that are labeled with words. My website is a cool place to start.

The Story of Sonia: Christmas, The Mind Pattern of Giving,The Word Help and Survival

In the News:

Pinay who inspired Cannes film now living in poverty

'Auntie Terry' to attend premiere of 'Ilo Ilo' in Singapore

MANILA - The Filipina domestic helper who inspired the Cannes-winning film "Ilo Ilo" is set to attend the premiere of the movie in Singapore on August 29.
Teresita "Auntie Terry" Sajonia was recently visited by Singaporean director Anthony Chen in San Miguel, Iloilo, together with his younger brother, Christopher.
Sajonia took care of Chen and his brothers 16 years ago.
An article published in Singapore's Chinese-language newspaper Lianhe Zaobao reported how Sajonia, 56, is now living in poverty and has been neglected by the relatives she used to help financially when she was still a domestic helper.

The Word Web's definition of the word 'Help' is:
v.
Give help or assistance; be of service

This definition of this word is being used in the Philippine scene:

Most Filipinos give help or assistance to family when one feels guilty that one did not help as much as one could because one did not have the means/money to help when one was barely surviving in the Philippines, so when one gets a good paying job abroad one gives gifts in the form of money, education etc. to ones relatives then has the illusion that one has transcended ones guilt, so feels good about oneself. But when one loses that good paying job and asks for help in turn from the people they have helped in the past, and gets rejected, then they go into regret. They regret having helped that person and blames oneself for helping them in the first place.

Here's the Mind Pattern

>one is Poor and does not have much money to survive let alone give gifts
>one cannot give gifts to relatives
>one feels bad
>one strengthens ones resolve to earn more money
> one becomes wealthy
>one gives gifts to poor relatives and friends
>one feels good
>one feels 'useful' and 'powerful'
>one loses job and money
>one feels 'useless and powerless'
>one asks help from ones relatives
>no one gives help
>one goes into regret that one helped and blame the persons one helped
>one lives in poverty and hope that we become wealthy and rich one day
>one is given help or one finds another job that pays good money
>one give gifts to family and friends
>one loses ones job again

The pattern repeats itself

During Christmas, this is the pattern that plays out, just a little bit different:. let's have a look:

>Its Christmas
>one buys gifts
>one feels good about giving gifts to relatives and friends
>one feels 'powerful' and 'useful'
>After Christmas, we look at the expenses we incurred in giving gifts
>we realized we overspent
>one saw ones credit card debt is too much
>one decides to repay the credit card company every month
>one loses job
>one feels 'useless and powerless'
>one decides not to pay the credit card debts because one does not have the money to pay
>one realize no one is going to lend one money if one do not have a credit line nor a job
>one regrets spending so much money in gifts
>one works hard in replenishing the money in the dwindling bank account
>Christmas comes again
>one gives gifts again
>one loses ones job again

The pattern repeats itself

The story of the Filipina overseas worker above is our own story of survival which we repeat again and again during Christmas, when we give to charity etc.

In a world that does not honor all life, there's the 'haves' and the 'have-nots'. There's the ones who can afford to give and the ones waiting for gifts, hoping.

This is what happens in a world where not all is given the chance to live in dignity where NOT everyone has enough money to get the basic necessities they need to survive all year long.

The feelings of 'love' usually comes from 'giving help' which turns to feelings of 'uselessness, powerlessness and hopelessness' when one loses ones job or source of income.

That's why we created Santa Claus. That's why we call the ones who help us as 'Santa Claus' .

So, we have to question our motive when we give gifts or when we give help. The question we want to ask ourselves is:

How can we give a REAL Gift that lasts?

We can live a life where we do not have to wait for Christmas to get gifts.

Expanding The Word 'Help'
To give assistance; where assistance is about the activity of contributing to that which is what life is about, giving ALL a dignified life, hence, be of service to life, realizing we are all parts of life that is birthed here and therefore equals - with equal opportunity to survive.

Pork Roast: Gravy or No Gravy: Day 228: Fears: Survival

Note: Link To My Partner's Blog Will Follow

Christmas and family gathering around the dinner table brought forth a lot of hidden fears
from a simple decision to either make a gravy out of the pan drippings or just leave the pan drippings as it is.

My partner's decision: Leave the pan drippings as it is - do not make a gravy
My decision: Make a gravy out of the pan drippings of the baked pork roast

I looked at who i am within this decision and found out the fears behind this decision.
My partner did another blog as he also looked .

I will use self-forgiveness in this blog, self-commitment in blogs to come and live the correction in my breath by breath movement to birth me here as life

Me as The mind
Fears that was hidden was uncovered:

Fear of the texture of the gravy not being 'right' as per the culinary standards/rules

Fear of  being a bad chef

Fear of not being popular

Fear of not being liked by my partner's family when i bring a pork roast with a thin, runny gravy

Fear of being alone

Fear of being bored by being just by myself

Fear of going crazy

Fear of being in a mental institution

Fear of not being in control

Fear of being bad

Fear of hurting/killing others

Fear of being in prison

Fear of not having the freedom to live life and not do what I like

Fear of being sad

Fear of wasting my time on Earth
                                                                                                                 Mind Loop

Fear of REGRETTING the way i lived my life

Fear that I did not use the time that I had to live life fully

Fear of blaming myself that I did not live life fully

Fear of feeling guilty

Fear of doing something to make up for it

Fear of starting from the beginning again/reincarnating

Fear of being in a loop and not getting the whole point of what life is about

Fear of not knowing who, what, where, when, how I am

Fear of not doing what is needed of me to be who I am as life
                                                                                                                     Mind Loop

Fear of REGRETTING living my life the way i did

Fear of not being someone who is happy all the time

Fear of going through a longer process

Fear of not enjoying the fruits of life fully while lived
Fear of eternal pain/suffering

***
My Self-forgiveness

Fear of the texture of the gravy not being 'right' as per the culinary standards/rules
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself  to participate in the design of/as 'fear of surviving - as information and knowledge' fear not being 'right' as per the culinary standards/rules in serving a baked pork roast with thick smooth gravy - which is what i have seen in television cooking shows where beef pot roast and pork roasts are
being served with gravy - through this i forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to believe
in what i see and hear as information and knowledge separate from me - not realizing that the pig
is giving up its life for the body/physical of humans to survive

Fear of being labeled as being a bad chef
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself  to participate in the design of/as 'fear of surviving - as knowledge and information ' fear being labeled as 'not a good chef' defined as serving a pork roast with pan drippings rather than serve it with gravy like those with culinary experience serve it - believing that serving the baked pork roast with gravy is more professional not realizing that this is coming from what i heard and seen that i accepted as my truth - and words i  use which was given a mind definition - such as the word 'professional'

Fear of not being popular
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the design of/as 'fear of surviving - as an individual' fear not being popular and special - wanting to be superior to everyone - as i fear being inferior to everyone - perceiving myself separate from all not realizing that who i am is the physical/body/substance equal to all that is here

Fear of not being liked by my partner's family when i bring a pork roast with a thin, runny gravy
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the design of/as 'fear of surviving - as a family ' fear that i will not bet liked by my partner's family -believing that i can satisfy their mind's likes and dislikes - not realizing that this is me as the mind defined by others liking or not liking me and the food i prepare

Fear of being alone
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself  to participate in the design of/as 'fear of surviving - as an individual - as help' fear being alone without a family to help and support me when i cannot assist and support myself fearing not being helped - fearing not being able to survive alone - fear of being a bum - fear of being poor - not  having anything to eat and then die without anyone knowing who i am as a character/personality that lived on earth - fearing the future - not realizing that within this is current unequal economic system - as people do not have the basic necessities to survive, so fear of not surviving is a product of an unequal economic system

Fear of being bored by being just by myself

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the design of/as 'fear of surviving - as an individual - as sound' fear being bored by myself, needing to be part of a family/ group of individuals that will ensure my survival as a personality/character hearing different sounds from different people's voices which tells me i am alive - as one of those sounds can give me a positive energy experience - not realizing that who i am is not defined by sound based on frequency

Fear of going crazy
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the design of/as 'fear of surviving - as sound, as movement' fear going crazy believing that if i will be left alone without having someone talking to me, nor anyone making any movements around me i will go crazy being silent  - not realizing i am not defined by other's talking - as sound as frequency and other's physical movements driven by their mind

Fear of being in a mental institution
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the design of/as 'fear of surviving -as information and knowledge' fear being in a mental institution without any idea of 'who i am' within/as my mind defined by memories - as the personality/character - not realizing that i am here as breath in every moment - able to express oneself and able to stop the mind as memories to exist in/as self-remembrance

Fear of not being in control
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the design of/as 'fear of not surviving - as control - as information and knowledge ' fear not being in control,  without information and knowledge - fearing not knowing who my father is and who my mother is, fearing not knowing 'who i am' as a personality/character defined by memories of the past - as experiences - not able to control what i think about anything and anyone and not able to control my actions , fearing i will do something to hurt someone - not realizing that i am here as breath moving me moment by moment as my in-breath and my out-breath and the 'holding the moment' in between

Fear of being bad
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the design of/as 'fear of not surviving -as morality - as relationships'
fear being bad desiring to be good so that i will be liked by my family and friends believing that when i do something wrong my family and friends will reject me as i defined myself within morality - not realizing that who i am  is here as breath able to stand for what is best for all life
