I am using mathematical symbols at the end of this post to show an example of MIND values i have given the words i connected to the word  'procrastination' - which are NOT REAL  and showing the real value of words as living words.

experiencing the word procrastination in a negative way
then seek out other words with a positive value so i can win

be clear within myself 
making sure there are no movements within me 
and see how i can use the word
as equal to my expression

that i have given positive and negative values to

Realizing that it is to release my beingness from being trapped
within these unreal mind values

seeing that symbols as letters which form sentences
are sound manifestations  that has frequencies
so it is to realize that releasing these mind values 
and using words as equal to my expression
as who i am, what i am and how i am
living the redefined definitions of this word 
when writing, when speaking etc. 
is the key to birthing me as who i am

through my physical eyes see words as letters as symbols
and through my physical ears here ('hear') pure sound
assisting myself to accept and allow me to integrate it 
into a beingness physical level
in equality and oneness 
that self will become that word as a living remembrance of it

I realized that i gave positive and negative values connecting/defining
the word 'procrastination' to/within other words

I realized that the values i had given these words
are mind values that are not real

I commit myself to through writing, 
self-forgiveness and self-corrective application
release the charge i give words
and within that release my beingness 
being trapped within the mind 
and birth me here as who i am - equal to all

I commit myself to when and as i see myself
seeking the 'moreness' of me 
through using the word procrastination in the following way:

*to have a positive energy experience one day where i can work very fast and end up as the fastest one to have done the particular work - emerging a winner
*to stop myself from feeling pain believing that if i slow myself in realizing who i really am, i will not suffer the consequence at once - a cop out and just a way to justify the unwillingness to face the consequence of
what i have accepted and allowed in this world - working slow, taking it easy - and in a way delaying assisting others to birth self here - delaying the establishment of a world that truly honors life - a crime to life itself
*to remain in unknowing within a belief that 'if i do not know something, i have to stop doing it and wait until i know how to do it' - within knowledge and information separate from who i am , not seeing and realizing i can see directly what is here in one moment of breath.

I commit myself to assist myself to look at the origin points of when this started and move myself to look at how i evolved this point to so transcend this point
