We attended a Mindfulness Workshop at a Center here in Dallas and we were asked to write verses.
To The Readers, I am Sharing These Verses I Wrote ,
The Earth Is My Plate
Eating from the earth,
I walk with the plants
that populate the land
Walking with the animals
Roaming in the fields
Realizing they sacrifice their lives
In gratitude I bow
For the nourishment they provide
