The Accident Part 1: The Breath

The Accident Part 2
We had an accident last December 17 2014. It was raining and  Leon was driving. A car showed up from the intersection and there was not enough time to stop according to Leon, who was the one driving - so the accident. I am writing what went on in my mind during that incident as a mind pattern. I will focus on breathing in this blog. I had difficulty breathing after the accident so I am forgiving and correcting myself here.

                                                       'I can't Breathe' Mind Pattern
                                                      >That's Leon shouting
                                                      >what just happened?
                                                      >There was an accident!
                                                      >I can't breathe even if I try to
                                                      >let me try again
                                                      >I still can't breathe
                                                      >what is going on?
                                                      >calm down and be here
                                                      >do not try to force it
                                                      >Oh, I can breathe now

Here, I was forcing myself to breathe which is me separating myself from the breath.

What is Self-forgiveness?
It is the process by which an individual forgives oneself for accepting and allowing self to separate from objective reality, releasing positive and negative value judgments such as good or bad, right or wrong, positive or negative - as subjective interpretations of reality regarding something or someone that leads to stability as breath.

Writing Self-forgiveness Statements

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to enslave myself to the memory of how to breathe and so force myself to get into that experience i have in my mind, rather than move myself in that moment and work with what is here - as who I am as the breathe in this body.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to be unaware of me as breath

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to manipulate myself to breathe to survive rather than be here as breath in every moment.

I commit myself to when and as I see myself unaware of physical reality as I go inside my mind when an accident happen, I bring myself here as who i am as breath

I commit myself to accept and allow me to develop a equal and one relationship with/as the breath.

I commit myself to redefine the word 'breath':

From a mind definition
The process of taking in and expelling air during breathing

To
the process of inhaling and exhaling as an expression of myself in this body in every moment

Sharing Some Verses of When We Attended a Workshop

Talk About Who I Am
The Sound of My Voice
I Hear Silence and Noise

Resonating and experiencing me
I Come Face to Face with Myself
Self-forgiving The Charge
We Put Into Words

Releasing The Self-Imposed Limits
I Expand and Redefine Words
Stretching The Boundary
I Embrace Me

Exposing and Forgiving
I create from nothingness
As the Creator and Created
I See Its All About Me

The Earth Is My Plate: Awareness Verse

We attended a Mindfulness Workshop at a Center here in Dallas and we were asked to write verses.

To The Readers, I am Sharing These Verses I Wrote ,

The Earth Is My Plate

Eating from the earth,
I walk with the plants
that populate the land

Walking with the animals
Roaming in the fields
Realizing they sacrifice their lives

In gratitude I bow
For the nourishment they provide

Redefining the word  'What'

to request information as to the origin or identity of something - separate from oneself - where one gets information and knowledge outside of oneself or within/as ones mind -  defining oneself within knowing and not knowing -as an experience of oneself within knowing something and not knowing something - within positive and negative experiences - as memories.

Realizing through the process of self-perfection that one is equal to all that exist - as all came from the same substance all are made of

Redefines the word 'what' as - to request information - equal to who one is - as to the origin or identity of something - equal to oneself - to assist oneself in one's life or assist another as self

Redefining 'What Am I?'

A question requesting information about ones origin, ones identity - separate from oneself - as information and knowledge within and as the mind - the mind, being an alternate reality whereone has memories of positive and negative energy experiences - coming from a point of not knowing something to knowing something - where one gets positive energy experiences from knowing something about oneself - fearing not existing as the character with an origin and identity - a beginning and an end - defining oneself within life and death - fearing death within not having a here experience of oneself as the body - as the finite breath and desiring a positive experience of oneself within separation awareness as the zenith of ones positive experience within the evolution of separation  - as a self-realized person - desiring to know everything about oneself and the universe - as  heaven, enlightenment, nirvana, anandam etc. - believing that the character as the alternate version of oneself is real.

Realizes through the process of self-perfection that all are equal to all that exist - as all came from the same substance all are made of

Redefines the question 'what am i? as - a question requesting information about oneself - as one looks at how one existed separate from the body within/as ones mind -as how one created ones conscious mind as thoughts, ones subconscious mind as backchats or back talks and ones unconscious mind as ones body movements directed by the mind  - supporting personality systems that creates this world - uses self-forgiveness to deconstruct ones pattern and commits to correction to reconstruct oneself - using self-corrective application in every moment of breath - birthing oneself here as who one is - as the body - as the infinite breath - as the real character that stands for what is best for all.life.

Seeing/realizing and understanding that what is 'within' is mirrored 'without' and what is without is mirrored 'within' - assists in establishing a new system - based on equality.
