ART

Art is redefined 

as a physical expression

that life is here

Not as an illusion

of the world around us

having shapes and colors

that we see as either 

ugly or beautiful

creating from within the mind’s eyes

the artist see a world 

that becomes adorned with 

images and pictures 

a flower can be seen as 

that same flower

or an abstract creation from

our mind’s eye

illusion

the hand that is painting

rarely matters

we lost our focus

as there are many 

entertaining distractions

it is about who we are 

as the heart of matter

that same substance that is

equal to the flower

a decision

directed by the artist

as a physical entity

art is redefined as a physical expression

that life is here in physical reality

not to cover up

the ugliness 

that separation from Life created 

but to create art from the heart of matter

there has to be money for all

to purchase the equipment

necessary to create

and express oneself 

in this physical world

art is redefined as a physical expression

the artist cannot

create when the stomach is empty

hands shaking 

because of a weak body

It is a physical expression

that needs the basics

as in food and a home

for the artist is 

a being, mind, 

and body trinity

Redefining The Word 'Life' Part 1

Life is usually spent working to earn money to survive and entertain ourselves, where instead of having money to get the basic necessities to survive, we abuse the use of it - in gambling, in buying addictive drugs, etc. that compromises our body's survival. 

We sometimes spend beyond our means that we end up accumulating so much debt and become unable to repay it. At the point of death, most of us have so much debt that we are unable to come up with money to pay for burial expenses.

When my father was 85 yrs. old, he was still applying for a job.

A dignified life for all from birth to death is what i envision -where everyone is given money to pay for basic necessities, plus a provision for more for those who want to work and do that which they enjoy doing.

Life as what life really is,  is not understood what more enjoyed.

In this blog, I am looking at the word 'Life' to shed light into the quality of life we live and our struggle for survival. My objective is to redefine this word and live its expanded meaning.

I am going to look at the dictionary meaning of this word to see if i can relate to its different meanings and then i will look at the phonetics of the word to identify the meaning I gave to the different sounds in it.

Having seen my relationship to the word, I will do self-forgiveness for using it in a limited way so that I can 'repair' my relationship with the word. I will then correct myself and redefine the word to expand its meaning so i can use the word in my life and expand my expression.

 We had an accident last December 17 2014. It was raining and  Leon was driving. A car showed up from the intersection and there was not enough time to stop according to Leon, who was the one driving - so the accident. I am writing what went on in my mind during that incident as a mind pattern. I will focus on breathing in this blog. I had difficulty breathing after the accident so I am forgiving and correcting myself here.

Here, I was forcing myself to breathe which is me separating myself from the breath.

What is Self-forgiveness?
It is the process by which an individual forgives oneself for accepting and allowing self to separate from objective reality, releasing positive and negative value judgments such as good or bad, right or wrong, positive or negative - as subjective interpretations of reality regarding something or someone that leads to stability as breath.

Writing Self-forgiveness Statements

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to enslave myself to the memory of how to breathe and so force myself to get into that experience i have in my mind, rather than move myself in that moment and work with what is here - as who I am as the breathe in this body.

 I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to be unaware of me as breath

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to manipulate myself to breathe to survive rather than be here as breath in every moment.

I commit myself to when and as I see myself unaware of physical reality as I go inside my mind when an accident happen, I bring myself here as who i am as breath

I commit myself to accept and allow me to develop a equal and one relationship with/as the breath.
