The Right To Food: How Will We Honor Everyone's Right To Food?

The Right To Food
Video:
From 2:13 - 3:02

The third fundamental human right is that every human fundamentally requires food to exist - food to have a life on earth and therefore food which is primarily, actually a substance that is produced by the earth for free to a degree except for the human labor part.  Food is the third basic human right.

Without food nobody can exist.

The very moment food becomes a scarcity, that is used for control, one actually produces and changes the human into the behavior of a slave master relationship and there exist no human right in that relationship.

===

We require food to exist.

Our body needs nourishment to be able to carry out its many functions to support us to live and express ourselves here in this physical existence.

The earth produce our food.

Though, we forget the fact that the earth produces our food for FREE.

How many of us believe that scarcity is brought about by the relationship between supply and demand?

How many realize that food becomes scarce because it is being controlled by some for money and profit?

Problem:

>Nature gives us food
>we take the food
>corporations process food to sell food to get more money and profit (within self-interest)
>the poor cannot get their share because money and food is controlled by the corporations
>we try to help the poor through charity
>the problem of food continues
>poverty continues

WE DID NOT SEE THE REAL PROBLEM!

Poverty is a consequence outflow of the REAL PROBLEM

We have to ask ourselves this:

What's causing poverty?

NATURE PROVIDED FOR ALL OF US, there shouldn't be any problem

The real problem is:

What nature provided for each of us unconditionally equally, we distributed unequally

The corporations, which are composed of individuals are taking more than their share of these natural resources for money and profit

We do not share the earth's natural resources to all.

Are we going to blame the corporations? Blaming one another is not the solution.

We have to get the corporations who profit from these natural resources to share it back to the people who is entitled to receive their share so we will all have food to eat. We have to give all a dignified life - where all will have the basic necessities to survive.

NATURE is standing for WHAT IS BEST FOR ALL

Let's align our SOLUTION for that which is BEST FOR ALL

The Right To Resources: How Will We Honor Everyone's Right To All Natural Resources On Earth?

Please Refer to the Video:
From 1:20 - 2:10

The Right to Resources

The second fundamental human right is that each  human being is made up of substances that are given freely by the earth so to speak - dust, water, clay, all the chemicals and all the parts that form the eventual physical body. The resources on earth that are available are also freely available therefore all resources on earth fundamentally is a human right that belong to everyone. It is simply to be managed in the best way to ensure that everyone that is on earth actually receives the support to make it possible to have a life that is worthwhile with dignity and happiness and peace and harmony .

===

Each human being is made up of dust.

'Dust to dust'.

Dust is given freely by the earth. I can see that.

Water is given freely by the earth and the body of the human being is made up of water.

The earth unconditionally assist our body to survive optimally by giving us all the resources we need to survive, yet we disregard this gift of Life by using the natural resources on earth to create money and profit for only a few - the elite, the corporations etc.

Is there a way we can use the money and profit of corporations from the sale of the products coming from these natural resources to finance the guaranteed survival of all who needs assistance - realizing that all the resources on earth basically is a human right that belongs to everyone?

How can we manage these natural resources  in such a way that we will ensure that everyone that is on earth actually receives the support to have a life that is worthwhile - with dignity, happiness, peace and harmony?

We have tried many things to make things work for all of us - yet nothing seems to work.

Why?

Is it because we really do not see the REAL PROBLEM, where we cannot see the REAL SOLUTION?

Let's remove the 'mind dust' from our eyes and see the obvious.

We cannot provide a solution for just some parts of life.

It is 'All or Nothing'.

We have to consider ALL LIFE and come up with a REAL SOLUTION that stops these problems from reoccuring which supports ALL LIFE.

The solution is here:

Right To Life: How Will We Uphold Everyone's Right To Life?

The Right To Life
(up to 1:13)

The first fundamental human right that the Equal Life Foundation promotes and underwrites is that
every individual every human being has an equal life right, that means the life you have is equal in each one at the point of birth.

That which separates man from man is what happens after birth once your education starts for instance or your environment influences you or your parents influence you or the system influences you then you start becoming a separate individual and are taught not to respect the first point that makes your existence possible which is life - life, that is the one thing that is the same.

You cannot say that one person has more life than another person.

That life as a life force is the same in each one and thus is the first fundamental right.

Continued...

===

I can see that the life i have is equal in each one at the point of birth.

The point of separation happens after birth. I can see that too.

We have people born to a family who has money , food, water, electricity, a house, a car, a farm etc., while there are those who was born in a family that has no money, no house, no car, no farm, no electricity, no food and no means to get education.

The inequality is obvious, yet we ignore this.

The ones who can afford education gets a good education that allows one to land a job or have a business that will eventually earn money to support ones survival while the one who cannot afford good education cannot get one and so the chance to get a job or have a business
will be almost impossible leaving him/her less chance to support ones survival.

The environment can influence us too. When one lives in the smoky mountain environment, for example because one is poor one will be exposed to disease so it can affect ones health etc.

Our parents influence us for example. They can send their kids to a private school where one can get a better education. In most private schools there are other avenues to learn many different things for example, more extra curricular activities like acting, music, arts and educational materials that assist the child to learn like learning reading comprehension and vocabulary outside of the classroom aside from their normal curriculum.

The world system of money also influences us to behave in a certain way. The ones who have money gets good education so they are more confident because they can express themselves using a wide vocabulary.

How are we going to bridge this gap between the rich and the poor?

It is clear that we have to give ALL a DIGNIFIED LIFE for us to be able to align our life to this first fundamental human right.

Why is this simple solution for a Dignified Life For All,  missed?

Why do we give - up so easily?

Is it because of Fear?

Let's face our fears and for once, let's stand for Life.  and change the way we live life from self-interest to what is best for ALL.

Let's have courage to change.

This is the only real gift we can give to ourselves and our children.

Let's give all a Living Income, Guarantee from birth to death so survival will be guaranteed for all.

Let's give all what we deserve.

The Word 'Life'

Taken from the Word Web:

The course of existence of an individual; the actions and events that occur in living

Expanded Meaning:
The course of existence of an individual forming part of the interdependent support here that makes relationships/agreements as what is best for all in all ways - always possible

Role Play: I am The President of the Philippines: How Will I Solve The Electricity Rate Hike In The Philippines?

Philippine News:

Meralco announces refund scheme for consumers

Posted at 12/26/2013 4:50 PM | Updated as of 12/26/2013 8:42 PM
MANILA (UPDATED) – Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) assured its customers Thursday that it will comply with the Supreme Court (SC) order to stop the implementation of the initial power rate hike for December and refund those who were already billed and paid based on the new rates.
From P5.67 per kilowatt hour (kWh), Meralco increased generation charges by P2 for December to reflect the initial tranche of the P4.15 total rate hike.
Those who received their electricity bills from December 23 onwards may pay their bills without any problem.
Meralco said it made adjustments immediately after the SC issued the temporary restraining order (TRO) on Monday, and reverted the generation charge to P5.67.
Those who were billed before December 23, however, may have a different situation since their bill still reflects the increase.
Meralco will send a notice to those who have yet to pay and provide them with options.
One option is to simply settle the bill and avail of a refund in future bills.
Another option is to pay the same amount as the November billing provided that consumption in November and December are the same.
Those who got their bills before December 23 and have already paid will be given refunds, but only after the Supreme Court has made a final decision on the case.
Meralco said 70 percent of its more than 5 million customers got their bills before the Supreme Court issued the TRO.
“The adjustments will be made in accordance with the final SC decision,” said Meralco spokesperson Joe Zaldarriaga.
Some customers who settled their bills early now feel that they're on the losing end.
"Sana kung magre-refund sila, sana ay ASAP naman para makatulong, lalo na ngayon maraming hinaharap na gastusan," said one customer.
The group Bayan, meanwhile, said the Supreme Court should speed up the resolution of the petitions against the power rate hike.

Rate hike?

This involves electricity and money. This is about problems with money in a society where people have unequal amount of money in their possession

The people who has less money has difficulty in paying their electricity bills.

But before we talk about that, let's look at the things we fail to look at. We are busy working our ass off trying to survive in this world. The electric bills are going up. Other bills on top of other bills. Bills are increasing while our pay remains the same.  So we project our anger to people who give the go signal for a rate hike.

We forgot that the only difference between us and this person who is giving this decision, is that he/she has more money than us. We project our anger and frustration to these people.

Is the unequal monetary system created  by the elite?

In a way yes, but in a way we also accepted and allowed this. We did not assist in creating a world that gives dignified life for all where all can get the basic necessities to survive - where all has money to pay their food bills, electricity bills, water bills, school bills etc.  We gave up on that and just focused on our own survival.

We work for our own individual survival.

We compete to be able to win - to survive.

This is what happens when survival is not guaranteed.

Our lives become a struggle to survive. Then we die.

We forget to live.

We forget the gifts nature give us all and forget to ask this one simple question:

Where does electricity come from?

There are many ways to generate electricity, and one is, Hydropower.

Hydroelectricity is the term referring to electricity generated by hydropower; the production of electrical power through the use of the gravitational force of falling or flowing water. It is the most widely used form of renewable energy, accounting for 16 percent of global electricity generation – 3,427 terawatt-hours of electricity production in 2010,[1] and is expected to increase about 3.1% each year for the next 25 years.

Most hydroelectric power comes from the potential energy of dammed water driving a water turbine and generator. The power extracted from the water depends on the volume and on the difference in height between the source and the water's outflow.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydro-electric_power

So, hydroelectric power uses water.

Water is a natural resource that is given to all of us here.

The corporations that derive profit from these resources have to give back to the people by making it possible for the people to benefit from the money coming from the sale of electricity which uses water that belongs to the earth.

The earth is giving these resources to us all equally.

We have to share our profits from these resources to all.

So, being the president of the Philippines, i will make this my platform - assisting in creating a world that gives dignified life for all - and in my speeches i will speak about this and urge everyone to support this.

I will propose to give those qualified, a Basic Income, Guaranteed from birth till death and propose that the funds be taken from the corporations who are making profit from these natural resources.

This way, both the poor people and the corporations profit. This is in fact a win - win proposition.

The people can pay their electricity bills if they are given a Living Income, Guaranteed and the corporations will get the money to operate their business effectively.

We can then start aligning our living to natural living and transition to a balanced ecosystem  - of money.

Role Play: I Am The President of The Philippines, What Will I Do? I Will Give a Living Income To The Poor

Philippine News:

PH still among world's fastest growing economies

Posted at 12/18/2013 7:23 AM | Updated as of 12/18/2013 8:20 AM
MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine economy is expected to sustain its strong growth next year and remain as one of the world’s fastest growing economies, Moody’s Analytics said yesterday.
“The Philippines continues to outperform and will remain one of the world’s fastest growing economies in 2014,” senior economist Glenn Levine said in a report titled Asia Pacific Outlook 2014: Realizing Potential.
“Confidence is high, and investment, both public and private, is driving the economy forward. Demand should rebound quickly after Typhoon Haiyan,” he continued.
The Philippine economy expanded by 7.4 percent in the first nine months of the year, faster than the government’s six to seven percent target for the year.

Rappler News:

MANILA, Philippines - The Philippines is expected to be among the fastest growing economies in the world between 2010 and 2050, according to a study released by Knight Frank and Citi Private Bank.
In the 2012 Wealth Report, the Philippines is forecast to post a Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth of 7.3% during the period, making it the 6th fastest growing economy in the world.
Let's look at the word 'grow'
From the Word Web:
v.
Become larger, greater, or bigger; expand or gain

The statistics of a business is usually used to tell if one's business is growing. If the statistics spike up, it means growth and if it falls, it means the business is losing and if we do not do anything to make it grow, it will close down.

Statistics is used in marketing and sales to sell ones product in exchange for money and profit.

The government is an organization and it works on this same platform too.

The politicians are elected by the people while the heads of departments are picked by the Human Resources In Charge or the employer of a business .

We can look at statistics and say what we want to say but the fact is, if there exist 1 or more poor individuals who does not have the money to get the basic necessities they need to survive in that particular country, that means the government is not helping everyone optimally, the government being of the people, by the people and for the people, everyone should have the money to get the basic necessities they need to survive, that is Common sense.

Let's say for example that in the Philippines, the amount of money one should have to live a dignified life  is 20,000 pesos a month, they should have that amount of money every month and the government has to find a way to make this a living reality.

No amount of statistics can hide the increasing amount of poverty in a country.

Let's expand the word 'grow' within this definition:

Become larger or  expand  as all survives

So, i am here playing the role of the President of the Philippines,

I ask myself the question, 'what will i do?'

My answer will be:

I will give a Living Income, Guaranteed from birth to death to the Poor, the unemployed, the elderly and all those who qualify.

This is the only way my role as the President can stand for REAL  and that standing will be for - what is best for all.
