Eating food is being used for so many reasons, aside for the reason it was intended to be used - to nourish the body.

This blog is me saying 'I am sorry to myself' for using 'eating' other than what it is used for.  So below, I am going to forgive myself.

My Self-forgiveness Statements:

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to eat when I am hungry for affection.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to eat when I am hungry for attention.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to eat when I am stressed.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to eat when I do not know the solution to my problem.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to eat when I am excited.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to eat when I am sad.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to eat when I am happy.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to eat because it is a habit that I formed.

Coping With What We Have Vs Birthing A World That Equally Benefits All

I saw this posted by one of my friends in Facebook:

An anthropologist thought he would test these African children. He placed a bowl of fruit underneath a tree and told them that the first one to reach the tree could have the fruit. When he told the children to run, they all took each others' hands and ran together. They all enjoyed the fruit together. This is the African concept of Ubuntu...

When asked why they didn't run the course alone, they answered, UBUNTU! How can we be happy when others are sad?

I will share with you my mind pattern that is parallel to this:

Mind Pattern:
>I am one of the underprivileged
>we come from a third world country 
>we have to share whatever we have to the underprivileged like us 
>we have to sympathize with each other 
>we cannot be happy when others are sad? 

Here, there is self-judgment and a projection of ones judgments, beliefs and ideas unto others to give pity and help a little bit as a way of coping, hoping that this will change the situation or solve the problem. This justifies the value judgments we pass onto each other and the pity and help that is done from a starting point of coping instead of realizing that we have done this before many times and that this is not changing our world.

We have charity organizations that is always helping others by giving them a little bit of help but this is not done long term and not done from a starting point of one walking with another as an equal where we give all the basic necessities to survive.

In a world set up this way, the kids will be expressing themselves in ways we have never imagined. Equality will be expressed through individual self-expression that outflows to the community.

So, instead of coping in this present system, I would help make a world instead who gives everyone equal share from the produce of the earth where corporations are given the privilege of giving part of its earnings from raw materials like water, electricity etc.as a guaranteed living income for other 'under- privileged' so that this way, we can redefine the word privilege in terms of benefits enjoyed by all and NOT benefits enjoyed by only a few.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the design of
'fear of survival - as energy'

fear that i will be inferior -suffer, experience pain, suffering, sadness etc.
believing if i do not have money, eternal life, long lasting relationships etc.
I will suffer/be sad
desiring to be superior - for comfort, happiness etc.
believing that if i have money, eternal life, long lasting relationships etc.
I will be happy

instead of realizing i am here as breath moving me as part of this one life

Through this,
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to
doubt who i am
uncertain of who i have become
the one that is experiencing pain/discomfort/sadness
or the one experiencing comfort and happiness

instead of realizing this is me as the mind
desiring  to win
fearing to lose
within polarity
as friction and conflict

blame the physical for creating competition
and for feeling inferior

Standing equal to consequence, takes responsibility to care for all parts of oneself as life - stands equal to/as the word  relating ones expression to practical living .

The definition of 'sadness' meaning sorrow, unhappiness or grief etc.  comes from the character/ego/personality as who we have become as the mind .

I am redefining the word 'sadness' and giving it a meaning equal to who i am - equal to all that exist - one that i can live as an expression of myself  as who we are as life.

Stopping our participation in energy and redefining words, releasing the charge and the positive and negative values we give words, we then apply it to practical living. 

We can see the consequence of what we accepted and allowed as the mind that is physically here. Seeing this, we stop being sad, we realize   we have to take self-responsibility. We decide to recreate ourselves.

As we created ourselves through words - defining ourselves into existence, we recreate ourselves through words -  to through writing, self- forgiveness and correcting ourselves in our real living participation we recreate, rewrite and rescript ourselves to stopping sentences in the book  we have written within ourselves.

We stop  feelings and emotions and relate to real living participation. 

When we 'feel' for the poor - 'unhappy' that they have no way of getting the basic necessities they need to survive, wee give them alms or we support charities to try to correct  the system - not realizing that charities use the infrastructure of the system like electricity, transportation etc. which supports the system and realizing that even if we donate to charity we will still have a system that is supporting inequality and  not providing for all equally.

We can stop thinking in terms of just doing a little bit so we can make a difference.

We can assist in establishing a world that provides for everyone equally making the vhange real instead of 'hoping' and 'making a difference' through charity.

Who we are is all life. Let's stand as that within/as ourselves and create a world that truly honors life - living as equals, as that one body of/as life. This is not easy but doable.

We all come from dust and to dust our bodies will return. This is the point of physical equality. 

 Realizing that we live this one life and that we have a chance to create heaven on earth by living as equals in a world that provides for all.
