In this blog i am looking at my relationship with the word 'awareness' - separating from the word by charging it with a positive and negative value - looking at the words i connected it to and defined it within - where i did not see it equal to my expression and to through writing, self-forgiveness and self corrective application assist myself to release the charge and use the word as equal to my expression .

I commit myself to when and as i see myself separating from the word awareness through giving it a positive or a negative value- i stop - i breathe -  and instead of separating from the word through giving it a positive or a negative value - i look at what i have connected/defined  to/within this word and what fears are underlying these connections which i have not faced, and question why i am running away from myself - and desiring the positive - assisting  myself to redefine the word- to instead of running away from my fears, face my fears and write and speak what is here as the living word -  to through writing, self-forgiveness and self-corrective application - correcting myself breath by breath moment by moment when and as i speak and write this word - and correct myself - and use it as equal to my expression.
