]We are not comfortable living in a world where there are people dying of hunger and other diseases. 

Poverty is rising everyday.

Instead of looking at where the DIS-EASE is coming from, when we have a heart problem, cancer etc., we go and find health in the doctor's office and/or the naturopath's office. 

When we do not have an expanded definition of health, we limit the amount of help we get from the health practitioner. The health practitioner himself/herself does not have an expanded definition of the word "health", so he/she gives us a limited version of how we can heal ourselves. 

Let us have an expanded definition of health. This will lead us all to the path of heal-th. 

We can gather ourselves together and look at how we can apply the expanded definition of health - as Team Life, to create a haven on earth so we can really care for the body, the mind and the environment.

Disease As DIS-EASE Part 6 Key to Survival & Cancer

We are busy trying to survive that we do not have time to express ourselves as beings. We only become aware of what is happening the moment we are DIS-EASE-D. 

Bacteria and viruses are part of this Life. They are also a part of the whole - that is Life, and they have a right to get our attention back to what is really happening in our body.

The video below is about disease as DIS-EASE where we are not at ease because the organism is not expressing optimally. 

Our struggle to survive is limiting our expression as beings.

 We are into survival mode most of the time. We do not have much time left to care for our body for real, so much so that we do not have much time to look at the definition of the words we speak and write and we fail to investigate who we really are within these. 

We let our limited concept of who we are as individuals, perceived separate from the whole to guide our actions, which are driven by self-interest - to survive.

Life is a movement of oneness and equality as Team Life.

Words guide our decision which becomes our behavior.

Look at the definition of words and align it to who we really are - as All Life,  to a point where our expanded definition leads to bridging a haven on earth.

Disease As DIS-EASE Part 4 Eating & Key to Being Vegan

I experienced heart pains when i was in high school and my way of dealing with it was to accept someone else's  suggestion that led me to judge meat as bad. 

This was what happened when i did not 

look at the definition of words and this resulted in me trying to boost my worth through adopting first, the vegetarian diet for 29 years, then becoming cooked vegan, raw vegan etc. and being diagnosed with 4th stage breast cancer at the middle of all these in 2008. 

Years after i was declared free of cancer (2009), I looked at my fears and my word definition of CANCER.  I realized i was trying to get CANned CERtificates to boost my worth through being in these diets rather than me as the one who CAN SEE (CE) the R-esponsibility to initiate the bridging of a haven on earth.                               Why did i become vegetarian when i was diagnosed with angina? 

This was the decision that was driven by fear of having a heart disease. This decision prevented me from looking at the definition of the word "health" and expanding its definition.

I missed this door that was opening right before me which brought me back to - today. 

I am now opening this door and expanding the definition of myself as who i am - as part of the whole, that is Life and bringing a message of how we can bridge a haven on earth to reclaim our real identity - for real.

Disease As DIS-EASE Part 1 The Sweet Potato & Butter Salad?

Normally, we look at a salad and we associate it with 

sweet potato with mayonnaise or other kinds of dressing. This time, i will be talking about

the sweet potato with butter. I call it a "salad" since it consists of a mixture of ingredients with a dressing (butter). I do not normally prepare a salad this way. 

My limited definition  of a salad stopped me from calling it a salad in the past. I also judged carbohydrates and fats as bad at that time because of my inability to expand the meaning of words where i saw "butter" as something that will make me fat rather than seeing what it is and that we separated the milk fat from the milk so that we can entertain our tongue with the taste of "butter" rather than giving it to the body when the body needs it so it can get what it needs from the butter - which the human mind cannot understand because of the limited definitions it's working from.  

This time, we are expanding the meaning of a salad and looking at DIS-EASE in the middle of a family gathering where there are so many things and mind view points going on in the family setting while my relatives are playing mahjong. This is me capturing what is really going on in real life and this is where my journey will take you - real walking of my process in the midst of a family gathering.

Food: What is The REAL Problem?

This is a cake i tested in my kitchen that is low in sugar.

I planned to eat this with meat so I made it less sweet. It ended up having a taste I am not familiar with. The coconut flour I used also contributed to that. 

I was trying to make a cake that included meat. I was going to do that so i can make a cake that has more nutrition in it. Pork and beef has vitamin B12.

I put coconut flour plus eggs in this cake. I forgot what other ingredients I put in this cake.

I ended up not liking the taste of this cake because it has less sugar so it was bland and the texture was not what i expected.  I used another kind of flour - coconut flour, instead of wheat flour. I also wanted to make it gluten-free.

I ended up putting it in the refrigerator for a while and then threw most part of it away.

The reason I am sharing this cake is to point out how much food is wasted in the kitchen in the name of'right taste', 'right texture' and the 'right presentation'. I made this a year ago or so.

Waste starts in the kitchen.

 When we cook for a familiar or exotic taste thinking about what food should taste like or look like or smell like, we waste a lot of food stuff because it should be made according to some 'food rules' which we call culinary do's and don'ts.

A recipe has to be made this way or that way otherwise you did not do it the right way.

I am questioning recipe creation, and our need to eat for taste.

According to the news, there's allegation that there's corruption going on and a partylist representative wants an inquiry into the rice situation in the Philippines:

A partylist representative on Wednesday said he wants a congressional inquiry into the country’s rice situation, in light of allegations of corruption and the reported irregular rice importation of the Department of Agriculture (DA) and the National Food Authority (NFA) from Vietnam.
 
Rep. Jonathan Dela Cruz of the Abakada-Guro partylist said that an investigation was in order, especially after the exposé that the April 2013’s DA-NFA’s rice importation of 205,700 metric tons (MT) was overpriced by at least P442 million.
 
“These government agencies have a lot of explaining to do,” said Dela Cruz.

If there's corruption going on, this has to be looked at and a solution provided that will stop this.

You should ask yourself some questions:

• Why are there no clear figures that inform the population of the administration of resources?
• Why are there no figures kept of how much is actually lost through foreclosure?
• How much is actually lost through businesses that are going bankrupt?
• How much is actually lost through people losing their jobs at this stage, unable to participate in the system, unable for instance to pay tax or to buy stuff to increase the revenue streams?
• How much is wasted by corrupt government officials?
• How much is directed toward inappropriate placement of tenders?

These are massive amounts beyond belief; how much is happening because there’s no oversight and everybody participating in the system knows one thing: there are resources being stolen and there is maladministration and corruption, that’s why they don’t want transparency, it’s convenient.

We also have to look at the inability of the poor to purchase the basic necessities they need to survive which includes buying rice and other food items to be able to eat 3x a day.

Freedom is in money, it translates as the ability to express yourself in a way where you feel empowered as well as having your Basic Human Rights recognized and dignified. Not having enough money is to disempower people and to force them into crime and as you’ve noticed, massive amounts of money are lost to crime. All these things will stop if we have in place a proper technological system which we can establish with great ease at this stage. We have the technology and the managerial mechanisms to do so. In a matter of a few years, the whole world will be an internet grid and we can make use of all these things to prevent crime and corruption.

We need to nationalize resources and create dividends enough to pay for a Basic/Living Income, Guaranteed from birth to death for the poor, the uneducated, the elderly and the unemployed so they can have access to the basic necessities they need to survive and live a dignified life. The earth provided us with enough resources so all will equally survive.

The rice price increase  is being questioned in the news:

Regarding the increase in the price of rice, we have to look at  the value of capital  or human labor used to produce the product, in this case, rice.

Reduction in prices means reduced income for the people who helped produce the rice, which results to unemployment or to less rice supply.

If human labour is considered and people are being paid enough wage to make a decent living, there should be no problem with this,  granted there is no corruption going on.

We have to do the math, though.

The real income of the human has decreased, inflation has increased for certain things, some of the basic things have become cheaper and then there’s the enticement about savings.

The Basic Minimum Wage has to be higher than the Basic Income Guarantee so people will be motivated to work and express themselves doing work that they enjoy doing which would mean that prices of products may not be very low but because there is a Living Income Guaranteed from birth to death, this will not be a problem, rather, this will create a balanced ecosystem of money where everyone has enough to get the basic necessities they need to survive to live a decent life.

What will be the basic minimum wage where people will be motivated to work?

So, in a Basic Income Guaranteed approach it’s going to be vital to change the ‘living wage’ or the Basic Minimum Wage and here it is suggested that it should be at least double the Basic Income Guaranteed so that it is a motivation for people that would like to live a more extravagant or luxurious life to actually do the work – whether it is a janitor, a road worker, a gardener, a child-minder, whomsoever works – and thus does not depend on the Basic Income Guaranteed, gets a minimum wage that is double the Basic Income Guaranteed, that will ensure that there is motivation for people to do the labor and for those that would like to improve their lives, while the Basic Income Guaranteed ensures that everybody has got enough to make a decent living.
