Mind Pattern:


>I want some of those no-sugar chocolates with stevia
>They taste good yet they do not have sugar
>They are better than the ones with coconut sugar
>That is good that this store carry this brand of chocolate with stevia
>Then I can always come here and buy some

What's the belief?
Believing that no-sugar chocolates sweetened by stevia are better than chocolates sweetened by coconut sugar because the so-called 'experts' said so

What's the fear?

Fear of disease and death



What is Self-forgiveness?
It is the process by which an individual forgives oneself for accepting and allowing self to separate from objective reality, releasing positive and negative value judgments such as good or bad, right or wrong, positive or negative - as subjective interpretations of reality regarding something or someone that leads to stability as breath. 

Writing Self-forgiveness Statements:


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that the no-sugar chocolates with stevia, dextrin and erythritol is better than chocolates sweetened with coconut sugar - where within this i am judging the chocolate with coconut sugar as inferior and the no-sugar chocolate with stevia as superior - judging the chocolate according to what I believe based from my fear of disease impulsed by what I heard and read where i did not see that 1/8 tsp of coconut sugar is equivalent to 1 tsp of stevia and to rather than deciding from beliefs test it and see how much of it does not create a spike in my blood sugar that will endanger my health and cross-reference with others, where within being directed by others, I am saying others are right in what they wrote and said and that if I say and write what they said and wrote, I will also be right like them, as the righteous personality within my choice of food  - so also believed that chocolate sweetened with coconut sugar is better than chocolate sweetened by agave when i heard someone  saying this in the news - changing my sweetener preference when I heard this in the media - and when i heard that coconut sugar is better than agave nectar, changed my preference from agave nectar to coconut sugar because someone who i believed is an expert said so - being directed by other's definition of sweeteners rather than me testing different sweeteners with my body and finding out what sweetener will best assist its survival- where my preference is being guided by beliefs, and as the media comes out with new sweeteners that has a recommendation from a so-called 'expert', I also change my sweetener preference - totally directed by others and the media in my choice of sweetener and food and connecting this to a memory - rather than developing an equal and one relationship with food and my body and see how the body reacts to different food items or sweeteners.


Correction Script:


I commit myself to when and as i see myself, being guided by other's definition of the word 'sweetener', I stop and be here as breath - to rather than decide within my mind, based from what others say or write, where I am guided by their definition of the word 'sweetener', expand and redefine the word 'sweetener' as equal to my expression of how i change from being mind driven or information driven, to being realistic and practical and correct myself, to rather than be directed by what others say or write in the media,, look at the physical changes in my body as I eat different sweeteners, measuring the changes i can physically see and measure which is practical and which can be cross-referenced by others - where I can assess what resources I have and what is available where I am, considering looking at my blood sugar readings, weight, etc. and looking at the nutrition present in these 'sweeteners' realizing that sweeteners are food - and not a substance that is here to make me happy or blissful - rather, something that will help me eat food or swallow food and to see 'sweeteners' as what they are rather than see 'sweeteners' as substances that give me pleasure.


I commit myself to see food for what it is rather than for what i made it to be within my mind based from my fear of boredom where I connected this fear to a memory of me having a flu when i was young and  was told that I can only eat rice porridge with salt - believing that the experience of limiting my food to just rice porridge and salt gave me a negative experience of boredom - which I attached to suffering and sickness - inflating the negative experience in my mind.


I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to attach a memory to a fear to inflate the negative experience, rather than see the flu - as the virus for what it is - and realize that the virus is birthed here in this world just like us, therefore it is our equal showing us the problem and us finding the solution that is best for all life.

The virus behind the viral disease is part of the whole - that is life, and is here to remind us of what we do not take self-responsibility for , so we can take self-responsibility for it, so health is not the absence of disease but looking at how we created the disease - through taking from the body the energy that it needs that it gets through food and resourcing the body for energy for the mind to use in conflicts between fear and desires/cravings. A conflict that causes psychological stress that leads to physical stress that leads to disease which I myself created. So it is not about blaming the virus but rather me taking self-responsibility for creating the disease and looking at how i created it - forgive and correct myself and assist the body physically through available means of support
