Awareness of How Much Sugar We Take: The Sugar Log Project
Note:
I was presented with this mind pattern which happened before I started eating the chocolate with stevia.

Mind Pattern

>I do not like the combination of taste and texture of this raw chocolate
>I like the taste and texture of the chocolate with coconuts better
>I better not eat this raw chocolate and instead buy me those chocolate with coconuts

What's the belief?
That the chocolate with coconuts is better than the raw chocolate with coffee beans because of its taste and texture

What's the fear?
Fear of eating chocolates that does not have the taste and texture I Like

What is Self-forgiveness?
It is the process by which an individual forgives oneself for accepting and allowing self to separate from objective reality, releasing positive and negative value judgments such as good or bad, right or wrong, positive or negative - as subjective interpretations of reality regarding something or someone that leads to stability as breath.

Writing Self-forgiveness Statements:

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear eating raw chocolates with the taste and texture that i do not like, specifically the one that i bought that has coffee beans in it,
believing that they have a grainy texture that cuts through the smooth texture of the chocolate which lessens my blissful indulgence and so judging the heated chocolate with sugar as having taste and texture that I like, so wanted to eat it - the evil me, only interested in my satisfaction and prolonging my pleasure rather than seeing the chocolate for what it is  - so desiring to eat the cooked version, with both toasted coconuts and coconut sugar believing that it takes the chocolate to another level - a level where it stops being food and becomes my slave for pleasure - giving me more pleasure than the raw chocolate and as i am only interested in pleasure, i do not want to investigate about where it came from or who and why it was manufactured - so not see the human using the chocolate for pleasure and for money and profit - not even questioning why only some people can get chocolates when the earth gave it for all equally not asking myself why some people can have access to it while others do not have access to it - and why I am using it for pleasure, so much so that the body gets abused from eating so much of it, preparing it in so many ways and with different sweeteners in my desire to make myself blissfully happy so I can have pleasure.

I realized that I connected the bitterness of the coffee in the raw chocolate to a memory of me eating bitter gourd that is uncooked believing that it is bitter and so it wasn't giving me pleasure, blaming it for tasting the way it did.

I commit myself to instead of blaming the bitter gourd for its bitter taste and projecting my dislike of it to the bitterness of the coffee in the raw chocolate, prepare it either cooked or pickled to make it eatable to get the nutrition my body needs from it when it needs it.

I commit myself to instead of judging the coconut sugar sweetened (heated) chocolate as superior than the raw one because of its taste and texture, and judge the raw chocolate as inferior, blaming the raw chocolate for tasting bitter - to rather experience its taste expression and get the nourishment the body needs from it however less it maybe, realizing that both the raw and the heated chocolate have nutrients like magnesium etc. and that i can adjust the amount of chocolates I eat to rather than give the body more carbohydrates than it needs by overeating, give the body the amount it needs when it needs it.

I commit myself to expand and redefine the word 'chocolate' as equal to my story of how i changed my pleasure seeking relationship to it to one that is supporting the body to get nutrients that it needs, release the definitions i gave it, that came from definitions of others based from mind interpretations of reality -which is mostly based from desire for pleasure - where i do not see it for what it really is, and instead see it within my mind - as a 'food slave' that can give me pleasure or a 'food agent' that can make me sick and fat - so, i am going to commit to live the expanded or redefined definition as my expression and stop judging the chocolate.

Expanding the meaning of the word 'Chocolate':
http://junejourneytolife.blogspot.com/2014/05/expanding-word-chocolate.html

I commit myself to see the chocolate for what it is - as food

I commit myself to develop an equal and one relationship to food and see it as what it is

I commit myself to get feedback from the body and develop an equal and one relationship with it.

Why am I expanding or redefining words?

Words are like microchips that has in it for example, thoughts, imaginations etc. that is an interpretation of reality in our mind. It is defined within what is best for us, as individuals, which is based on competition within survival of the fittest . So, in expanding or redefining a word our goal is to align its meaning to what the word is in physical reality - which is mutually beneficial for all of us, humans, plants, animals etc. as it is what the word is, realizing that we can forgive ourselves for the meaning we gave it and correct ourselves - giving it a meaning we can live and express ourselves as, in physical reality that aligns to what is best for all -  as Living Words.
