Self-forgiveness For Mental Health: Disease Part 2

What is Self-forgiveness?
It is the process by which an individual forgives oneself for accepting and allowing self to separate from objective reality, releasing positive and negative value judgments such as good or bad, right or wrong, positive or negative - as subjective interpretations of reality regarding something or someone that leads to stability as breath.

Quote:
The internal movies we make to entertain us in our mind which we have internal conversations about, both positive and negative, can lead to psychological ups and downs or psychological stress which can eventually lead to disease  - June Roca

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to connect pictures in my mind of events in the past and create a motion picture that i imagine in my mind of how the old lady with psoriasis suffered and inflate it to the point where i see her as an inferior member of the community and so dread having psoriasis.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to connect the picture of a relative who had a disease where tumors appeared in her body distorting her figure which i imagined in my mind as a form of a dreaded disease where one gets ostracized in the community because one becomes so ugly due to a disease and then projecting an inflated reality of what i see into the future so that i live the future in the present instead of being here as breath in every moment and look at how the body's energy is taken away/depleted through the use of mental energy as i imagine within my mind.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to connect the picture of poor children that walk without slippers with torn shirts and dirty faces in the Philippines to fear of death, disease, pain and suffering and then create a moving picture of it in my mind that i always replay whenever i see people who are sick .

I commit myself to bring myself back here in physical reality when i see myself replaying a series of pictures in my mind which are snapshots of real people etc. that i perceived in the past which i have interpreted within my mind based on positive and negative judgments, beliefs etc. therefore mostly inflated interpretations of reality and realize that if i do this, the body will suffer because the energy i use in my mind to produce and direct this movie of which i have internal conversations about is taken from the body, so just like a laptop plugged into a socket on the wall, where electricity runs giving power to the laptop, i am taking the energy i am giving the body through nutrition from the food i eat, and misusing it to produce and direct this movie i am watching and having conversations about in my mind which creates weakness in the body that leads to disease and instead of blaming the bacteria/virus in my mind, i will take it all back to myself and change my starting point from fear of the bacteria/virus, to embracing it as a part of me - as life.

I commit myself to assist in making a world where survival is guaranteed for all where my environment is supporting my process of self-perfection.

The Right To Water: How Will We Honor Everyone's Right To Water?

3:03  - 3:44
The fourth fundamental human right is a fundamental right as well because the human cannot exist
without clean water. Thus, water, also freely provided by the earth except for the part of purifying it, just the human labor part, is a fundamental human right that is not possible to be negotiated, sold or in any other way used to diminish another human being. To do such things is in fact human rights violation and a crime.
===

Right now, this is what we are doing:

>The earth gives us water to distribute to all, equally, for all of us to survive
>it was distributed unequally because of the unequal monetary system
>i can afford it, so i have clean water to drink but some people cannot, because of lack of money
>some corporations bottled water for profit and i buy them
>corporations get money and profit from water
>the poor's share is not being given to them and so not having money to get water is self-diminishing
>crime against life is being committed every day because of this
>everyone lose

We have to correct this pattern.

How?

By giving those who do not have access to clean water, access to it.

Let's start with giving them part of the profit that corporations get from selling water through giving them a Living Income, Guaranteed from birth till death.

This is my corrected version:
>The earth gives us water to distribute to all, equally, for all of us to survive
>it was distributed unequally because of the unequal monetary system
>i can afford it, so i have clean water to drink but some people cannot, because of lack of money
>some corporations bottled water for profit and i buy them
>corporations get money and profit from water
>the poor's share is not being given to them. Our inability to provide means to the poor to get water to survive is self-diminishing
>we nationalize water corporations and share part of their profit to the poor by giving them a living income, guaranteed from birth to death
>all survive

The Story of Sonia: Christmas, The Mind Pattern of Giving,The Word Help and Survival

In the News:

Pinay who inspired Cannes film now living in poverty

'Auntie Terry' to attend premiere of 'Ilo Ilo' in Singapore

MANILA - The Filipina domestic helper who inspired the Cannes-winning film "Ilo Ilo" is set to attend the premiere of the movie in Singapore on August 29.
Teresita "Auntie Terry" Sajonia was recently visited by Singaporean director Anthony Chen in San Miguel, Iloilo, together with his younger brother, Christopher.
Sajonia took care of Chen and his brothers 16 years ago.
An article published in Singapore's Chinese-language newspaper Lianhe Zaobao reported how Sajonia, 56, is now living in poverty and has been neglected by the relatives she used to help financially when she was still a domestic helper.

The Word Web's definition of the word 'Help' is:
v.
Give help or assistance; be of service

This definition of this word is being used in the Philippine scene:

Most Filipinos give help or assistance to family when one feels guilty that one did not help as much as one could because one did not have the means/money to help when one was barely surviving in the Philippines, so when one gets a good paying job abroad one gives gifts in the form of money, education etc. to ones relatives then has the illusion that one has transcended ones guilt, so feels good about oneself. But when one loses that good paying job and asks for help in turn from the people they have helped in the past, and gets rejected, then they go into regret. They regret having helped that person and blames oneself for helping them in the first place.

Here's the Mind Pattern

>one is Poor and does not have much money to survive let alone give gifts
>one cannot give gifts to relatives
>one feels bad
>one strengthens ones resolve to earn more money
> one becomes wealthy
>one gives gifts to poor relatives and friends
>one feels good
>one feels 'useful' and 'powerful'
>one loses job and money
>one feels 'useless and powerless'
>one asks help from ones relatives
>no one gives help
>one goes into regret that one helped and blame the persons one helped
>one lives in poverty and hope that we become wealthy and rich one day
>one is given help or one finds another job that pays good money
>one give gifts to family and friends
>one loses ones job again

The pattern repeats itself

During Christmas, this is the pattern that plays out, just a little bit different:. let's have a look:

>Its Christmas
>one buys gifts
>one feels good about giving gifts to relatives and friends
>one feels 'powerful' and 'useful'
>After Christmas, we look at the expenses we incurred in giving gifts
>we realized we overspent
>one saw ones credit card debt is too much
>one decides to repay the credit card company every month
>one loses job
>one feels 'useless and powerless'
>one decides not to pay the credit card debts because one does not have the money to pay
>one realize no one is going to lend one money if one do not have a credit line nor a job
>one regrets spending so much money in gifts
>one works hard in replenishing the money in the dwindling bank account
>Christmas comes again
>one gives gifts again
>one loses ones job again

The pattern repeats itself

The story of the Filipina overseas worker above is our own story of survival which we repeat again and again during Christmas, when we give to charity etc.

In a world that does not honor all life, there's the 'haves' and the 'have-nots'. There's the ones who can afford to give and the ones waiting for gifts, hoping.

This is what happens in a world where not all is given the chance to live in dignity where NOT everyone has enough money to get the basic necessities they need to survive all year long.

The feelings of 'love' usually comes from 'giving help' which turns to feelings of 'uselessness, powerlessness and hopelessness' when one loses ones job or source of income.

That's why we created Santa Claus. That's why we call the ones who help us as 'Santa Claus' .

So, we have to question our motive when we give gifts or when we give help. The question we want to ask ourselves is:

How can we give a REAL Gift that lasts?

We can live a life where we do not have to wait for Christmas to get gifts.

Expanding The Word 'Help'
To give assistance; where assistance is about the activity of contributing to that which is what life is about, giving ALL a dignified life, hence, be of service to life, realizing we are all parts of life that is birthed here and therefore equals - with equal opportunity to survive.

Immigration: Pinay Traumatized In 'Horror' Trip To The US?

Immigration to the US is a problem Filipinos face when they decide to leave the Philippines for the so-called 'better life' in america.

In this blog i will look at a news article about a Filipina migrating to the US to attend her daughter's marriage.

There are many parts within this story but one that stands out is that, what the officer said and what the lady said contradicts each other.

'He claimed that he talked to her aunt, who allegedly told him that Grande will take care of her as a caregiver'

'She said the immigration officer's allegations are not true because her aunt didn't even know she was arriving in the US'
http://www.abs-cbnnews.com/global-filipino/10/07/13/pinay-traumalized-horror-trip-us

A Filipina Facebook friend ask us to comment on this, so here's my perspective:

Note: have a look at the link if you need to read the news article

We have to investigate who is not telling the truth here.

If her aunt is telling the truth and she is coming to the US to be a caregiver with a US visitor visa, without a working visa, the officer will do what needs to be done according to the law.

But if she is telling the truth, that she just wants to attend her daughter's marriage, then what she can do is , she can file a lawsuit against the officers.

Looking at Immigration from the perspective of currency value, let's ask ourselves these questions:

Why we are migrating?

Is there a hidden agenda of self-interest within our mind to earn 'under-the-table money' within being employed as a care-giver or in any job when we get to the US?

If the answer to this question is, 'Yes', realize that this is fueled by Fear of surviving within having to deal with a currency that has 'lower value' than the dollar.

The peso having a 'lower value', we fear surviving in the Philipines believing that this is too little to survive on, so in our desire to go to the US and earn in Dollars which has 'more value,' we end up getting into all sorts of problem with Immigration including deportation.

We even end up marrying someone for immigration purposes and we accept and allow this to happen.

We have to look at how we can make living in the Philippines financially rewarding like maybe doubling the minimum wage and look at how everyone who needs one like the poor - how they can have a Basic or Living Income Guaranteed from birth to death

At the same time we have exchange rates, where certain countries have a high value currency and others a low value currency, which is then used to transfer resources between countries done under the disguise of corporations – which are owned by politicians – creating monopolies that cause extensive poverty. The fact is that this transfer of resources in theory should benefit all the citizens of a country.

Part 4 Pork Barrel Scam: To Abolish The Fund Or Not?

In my last blog, i talked about the Surrender of the alleged 'mastermind'.

In this blog, i am looking at the solution proposed regarding the outbreak of the 'Pork Barrel Scam'.

There is a petition asking the Supreme court to strike down to controversial fund -  formerly called the Priority Development Assistance Fund:

The following quotes were taken from this link:
http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/story/324768/news/nation/sc-asked-anew-to-declare-pork-barrel-system-as-illegal

Quote:
"In an interview with GMA News Online, Belgica said the respondents committed "grave abuse of discretion" when they allowed the implementation of the pork barrel system.
He said the fund system "violates the constitutional limits given to the executive and the legislative because they are able to spend money beyond what is approved by Congress since these are lump sum funds."
The 24 senators in the country receive P200 million each in PDAF, while the more than 200 congressmen and congresswomen of the House of Representatives are entitled to P70 million each."

Quote:

"The controversial PDAF was once again thrown into the spotlight following allegations that businesswoman Janet Lim-Napoles, who is currently detained in Laguna, figured in a P10-billion government fund scam that allegedly involves diverting the PDAF funds of several lawmakers to ghost foundations which she is said to have operated in the last decade."

What do i say to this?

The Abolition of the Pork Barrel Fund will NOT stop corruption.

The REAL Problem is Inequality/Poverty and to stop corruption, we have to provide a solution to this.

Here we can see the problem recurring within the 'Corruption Loop' which i posted in my last blog:
>Inequality/Poverty is a problem in society
>Government tries a temporary way to solve this problem and does not provide a permanent solution to the problem, so the problem persist.
> Politicians Fear not being re-elected so desires to help to be re-elected
(fear of survival which fuels the desire for money and power to win)
> Politicians Desire to win the elections to get more money and power to survive in a competitive world
>the poor asks for help
(fear of survival which fuels desire to survive through crime etc. to win)
>Politicians see there are funds in office for the poor
> Politicians sign documents to allocate funds to the Foundations who are not delivering what's promised
>The funds given to the foundations were not used to help the poor but was pocketed by the owners of the Foundation
(fear of survival which fuels the desire to live life in luxury to win)
>The 'third whistleblower' was allegedly detained by the alleged mastermind
>The government agency responsible rescued the 'third whistleblower' from the condominium of the alleged mastermind
>The 'third whistleblower' gave some names of some politicians her former employer, the alleged mastermind talks to
>Another whistleblower who worked with the alleged mastermind detailed how they get funds to fund the fake Foundations
>The government issues a warrant of arrest to the alleged mastermind
>The alleged scammer hides/flees
>Money is offered as a reward for the surrender of the person
>The alleged mastermind said she fears for her life, so, surrenders to President Aquino
and is now in custody
>Government tries to solve problem of corruption
>Government provides a temporary solution but not a permanent solution to end the problem of poverty/inequality
>Inequality continues
>corruption is still here
>Government provides a temporary solution but not a permanent solution to end the problem of poverty/inequality
>Inequality continues
>corruption is still here
>Government trying to provide a temporary solution but not a permanent solution to end the problem of poverty/inequality
>Inequality/Poverty continues

The Corruption Loop:
>Inequality/Poverty in the society
>
>
>Inequality/Poverty continues
>Corruption is still here
>Government provides a solution but not a solution to end the problem of poverty/inequality
>Inequality/Poverty continues
>Corruption is still here
>Government provides a solution but not a solution to end the problem of poverty/inequality
>Inequality/Poverty continues

How do we stop this?

The Personality of The Politician, The Alleged Mastermind and The Poor:

The politicians Desire for Money and Power
Fear of survival > Desire for money for power
The 'Alleged mastermind's' Desire for Money to live a luxurious life
Fear of survival > Desire for money to live a luxurious life
The Poor People's Desire for Money to survive
Fear of survival >Desire to survive so commits crime

Inequality/Poverty in society impulse our Fears

Inequality/Poverty > Fear of survival >Desire to survive > Desire to have money

The REAL Solution is to Eliminate Poverty by giving the poor, unemployed, uneducated, elderly etc. a Basic/Living Income, Guaranteed

The removal of the 'pork barrel fund' will Not stop Corruption, Poverty or Inequality.

The politician personality or the 'power hungry' and the 'money hungry' personalities in our society will want to look for other sources of money that will give them power, where they can get funds from to give to others so they will be liked and get a vote- to win the election in this competitive world.

The surrender of the 'alleged mastermind' will not stop corruption - it will Not stop poverty either. People who has a 'mastermind' personality who is really the same type of personality as the first one 'power hungry and the money hungry' personalities  in our society will want to get money available somewhere for its own use - so they will have more money - to live a luxurious life - to win in a competitive world.

The poor will still be poor after being given help from these funds. What is given them is Not enough for them to survive from birth to death. They will still want to have money to survive - to win in a competitive world.

There will be more crime, more corruption, more masterminds.

We can see the 'inferior' personality of the poor and the 'superior' personality of the rich as the' alleged mastermind' and the politicians acting out the character of the 'superior personality' everywhere in our daily lives.

Who creates the poor? Who creates corruption?

We do, in 'our within' - as  our minds,  and we create this also in our 'without' - as this world system because we are living in a holographic universe.

So, i suggest to stop creating this in 'our within' by forgiving ourselves for having accepted and allowed ourselves to not face our fears (such as fear of survival, then desiring to have a lot of money and power leading to many problems in society)  to instead, face it and see where this started. We can stop recreating these desires which are fueled by our fears within our mind ( which from my experience comes from seeing the poor suffering) and then sort out what's happening in society.

We can then look at giving the poor their equal share by nationalizing resources given by the earth and the profit used to create dividends sufficient enough  to cover a Basic/Living Income creating a sustainable system where there's a balanced ecosystem of money on earth.

Let's create a world that gives a dignified life for all!

Philippines: Pork Barrel Part 3: The SURRENDER And The Corruption Loop

In the previous post i wrote about the rich and the poor and inequality as the main problem.

In this blog, i will look at the surrender of the main person in the pork barrel scam and how the problem of corruption will continue until the plight of the poor and unemployed is addressed.

The person who was alleged to have been part of this pork barrel scam surrendered on August 28, 2013 to the President of the Philippines according to the news.

Here's the link :

http://www.gov.ph/2013/08/29/timeline-of-the-surrender-of-janet-napoles-account-of-the-presidential-spokesperson/

http://philippinesgoforgold.blogspot.com/2013/08/janet-napoles-surrender-on-august-28-to.html

This came after the Luneta Rally which were attended by about 75,000 people according to the news.

What now?

Does that mean the problem of corruption will not be here?

It will be here until we understand where this all started and provide a solution that will stop the problem in its roots.

We have to see what's really going on here.

Why is it that we have not stopped corruption?

We are not seeing the root of the problem and we are NOT providing an effective solution.

The consequence of an unbalanced economy is what we have now in terms of the pork barrel scam.

I will not name names here, but here is a general outline of what happens when corruption in government takes place and this is what i gathered from the news bits that i read and watched. I am showing this outline here, and in my next blog, i will show how this pattern has happened before and that we are re-living this pattern as a consequence of not stopping the actual root of the problem which is poverty.

1. The poor asks for help from the government and the government tries to help them by allocating funds for different projects like housing etc.
2.The politicians campaign to be elected and wins the election
3. The politicians fear not being re-elected, and figures out that the best way to win is to give help to others - which is called public relations - so desires to help others to be re-elected so that he/she can have both money and power but never really see the real problem is poverty/inequality in society
4. The politicians are given funds by the government agency concerned to help the poor
5. Someone who knows how to manipulate the relationship that exist between the rich and the poor registers many Foundations and ask the politician friends for funding to help the poor through funding the Foundations
6.The politicians sign documents to give funds to this  person's Foundations to help the poor
7.The owner/owners of the foundation did not deliver the service to the poor but instead pockets the money and used the money to live in luxury
8.The 'third whistleblower' was allegedly detained by the alleged mastermind
9. The government agency responsible rescued the 'third whistleblower' from the condominium of the alleged mastermind
10. The 'thirdwhistleblower' gave some names of some politicians her former employer, the alleged mastermind talks to
11. The government issues a warrant of arrest to the alleged mastermind
12.The alleged scammer hides/flees
13. Money is offered as a reward for the surrender of the person
14. The alleged mastermind said she fears for her life, so, surrenders to President Aquino
and is now in custody.

How many cases like these have we seen?

We have seen many, and many more will come.

While someone surrenders, Inequality and Poverty remains.

Corruption is about deception and self-dishonesty.

When there's Fear of Survival in a world of inequality,  people try to win impulsed by fear of losing.

In an unbalanced economy people wants/desires to get money in whatever way possible to survive or win because it becomes like a giant casino where competition is the 'name of the game' where only the winners survive. The rich becomes the winner and the poor becomes the losers. In the end, we will face the consequence of what we accepted and allowed. We all suffer - we all lose.

What we do not realize is that in an unbalanced economy, there will always be corruption.

We are creating what i call a 'Corruption Loop':

The 'CORRUPTION LOOP':

>Inequality/Poverty in the society
>
>
>Inequality/Poverty continues
>Corruption is still here
>Government provides a solution but not a solution to end the problem of poverty/inequality
>Inequality/Poverty continues
>Corruption is still here
>Government provides a solution but not a solution to end the problem of poverty/inequality
>Inequality/Poverty continues

This loop starts and ends in Poverty/Inequality. The Desire to help the poor is fueled by Fear which we refuse to face as Fear of Survival in an Unequal world. Let's have a look

Quote:

http://raissarobles.com/2013/08/18/ngo-told-sec-a-year-ago-it-got-p140m-pork-from-senators-enrile-revilla-estrada-et-al/

What did we learn so far?

The rich (the scammer and the politician) and the poor(supposed to be the receiver of funds/services from the Foundation) have desires and these desires are fueled by fear of survival.

The poor is also treated as a victim and the politicians as the savior, where one is perceived as inferior and the other is perceived as 'superior'. This is not about Love but about winning and losing - competition.

Why cannot we give the poor a Basic/Living Income, Guaranteed?

If we do not give the poor what is due them, the poor who is the majority (99%) will protest and ask for their rightful share. We all know that the earth has given enough for all of us equally, not just for a few to survive.

We have to give them their rightful share. This is the essence of giving what we liks to receive. If we do not do this, we all lose.

We are impulsed by our environment. When we see poor people who suffer and who do not eat 3x a day,we fear that we will end up like them so we feel obliged to help them so we can feel 'good' about ourselves. This is being self-dishonest. This is giving help from the starting point of self-interest.

Why do we not find a way to stop poverty by giving the poor their rightful share in what the earth gives us all equally? We only care about ourselves. We invent all the reasons why it cannot be done and so we end up giving up.

Instead of giving up, why don't we nationalize corporations who get profit from the earth's natural resources, like water, oil etc. and share these profits to the poor and the unemployed by giving them a Basic/Living Income, Guaranteed from birth to death, this way we can truly say that we LOVE others.

How can we truly love others if we see them as someone less than us? We can't.

Love is not about a feeling. It is giving what we want to receive.

Love is about walking with others as our equals.

Real love is only possible between equals. Otherwise any form of help is deceptive because it will be used to feel better about one's own evil intentions which is to keep the country/world unequal so we, as the elite can take what belongs to the poor and give them a little bit of what they have so we can have a tax deduction for the same amount- within self-interest.

This is very clear:

The elite/rich eat 3x a day.

The poor does not eat 3x a day.
The elite/rich people have homes.
The poor people live in the street, in smoky mountain (garbage dump area) or in squatter areas
The elite/rich have flushing toilets and use toilet papers.
The poor have toilet holes with no toilet papers.

If we keep providing charity for the poor, but refuse to give them a Basic/Living Income Guaranteed from birth to death, we will not provide an effective solution. The poor will be poor and the economy will not be balanced. We also have to look at the consequence for accepting and allowing an unequal world system. This is not the way to live. This is abuse of the poor.

We have to restore a balanced economy.

We also connect words to other words. We grew up using words that are biased.

We define the word 'poor' within the word' rich' and define the word 'inferior' within the word 'superior' etc.

So, as we provide a real solution by giving the poor a means to live in dignity by nationalizing coporations that get profit from natural resources like water, oil etc. and giving part of our profit to the poor, so they can get a Basic/Living Income, Guaranteed, we also have to correct and remediate our vocabulary.
