3 T hot water
3 T melted coconut oil
3.
Mix 3
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl:
almond flour (ground blanched almonds), stevia, salt
4.
Mix 4
Mix the liquid ingredients in another bowl:
the oil, the egg yolks, yacon syrup
5.
Combine mixtures number 2 and 4, then mix with mixture number 3
6.
Fold in the whites
7.
Put the batter in a round greased 8" silicon pan (or ordinary pan)
8.
Top with crumbled 1/2 lb lean (95%) ground  grass-fed beef. Sprinkle some salt to taste
9.
top with 1/4 sliced medium purple onion coated with about 1 t olive oil
10.
Put in the oven heated at 350 degrees for about an hour or until done
11.

This Blog Is About
Fear of eating more than 1 T of steamed rice

Mind Pattern:
>I better make a nori that does not have rice in it
>because I can only take 1 T carbohydrates
>that's when the blood sugar reading remains stable

What's the fear?
Fear of eating more than 1T of rice

What is Self-forgiveness?
It is the process by which an individual forgives oneself for accepting and allowing self to separate from objective reality, releasing positive and negative value judgments such as good or bad, right or wrong, positive or negative - as subjective interpretations of reality regarding something or someone that leads to stability as breath.

Writing Self-forgiveness Statements:

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear eating a lot of rice believing that it has a lot of carbohydrates and it will raise my blood sugar, so desires to eat no rice or as little as 1 Tablespoon of rice believing what the mainstream media say and what i heard and read from a certified nutritionist who when asked said 1 Tablespoon must be enough for those wanting to lose weight and also seeing many people buying either quinoa or some other grains because it has high protein and rejecting rice believing rice has a high carbohydrate content, not wanting to eat much of it and limiting me to only 1 T of rice believing that my blood sugar will shoot up if i eat more than 1 T rice - while not seeing and realizing that I did not test for 2 T or 3 T or 4 T or more - i only tested for 1 T. Within this, I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to attach a memory to this fear of when I had a flu, when I was young - where my grandmother, who is taking care of me, gave me porridge when i was sick, connecting porridge to eating something that is easier to digest connecting eating steamed rice to eating something that is harder to digest - then believing that porridge is too healthy to eat when I am not sick - instead of realizing that my body needs nourishment to survive daily as I move and so it requires some form of energy source -so to identify clearly through tests how much rice I can take and also making sure we release our fears etc. so there will be no conflict between the mind (mind platform is fear) and the body.

Here's what we can ask ourselves:

1.Does the body try to 'push the mind away'  to get out of this suffocating experience, as it cannot breathe properly when we use up the energy that the body needs when we are thinking, reacting, imagining etc. and using the energy that it needs ?

2. Does the body fight back through attacking the mind - treating it like a virus?

Commitment To Correct Myself:
I commit myself to release my fears through self-forgiveness - as it becomes a desire which I eventually satisfy through acting it out - which begins within - as my thoughts, my 'self-talk',my  reactions,my imagination etc. - so release my thoughts, self-talk (both positive and negative), as what i think about becomes an eating behavior later on which I will have to face anyway, so, provide a solution that is best for the body - realizing that without the body, we will not be able to express ourselves here

I commit myself to when and as I see myself fearing to eat more than 1 T rice - I stop - I slow myself down within breath - and look at why I fear carbohydrates, which is really me fearing having diabetes which I believe will lead me to death - so my fear is - fear of dying - which is me fearing not being in control of my body and mind - judging carbohydrates as 'bad' without testing it in all ways - to instead take self-responsibility and test portions effectively, - testing bigger portions also and instead of trying to be in control through carbohydrate control based on what we heard or read from the media - based on beliefs about the evils of carbohydrates -test it and find out how much of it the body needs .

I commit myself to expand and redefine the word 'rice' and 'carbohydrates' and release myself from others definition of these words to be able to see these words as what they really are - as symbols, as letters that make up a word, that make up a sentence that later becomes a paragraph which I speak and write - realizing that the definition I give these words is how i see myself , others and this world  - which i eventually becomes manifest through my behavior. So, I commit myself to align the meaning of these words to what is best for all and expand the definition, expand myself and create an expanded world that lives the primary principle of life: 'what is best for all'.

Why am I expanding or redefining words?

Words are like microchips that has in it for example, thoughts, imaginations etc. that is an interpretation of reality in our mind. It is defined within what is best for us, as individuals, which is based on competition within survival of the fittest . So, in expanding or redefining a word our goal is to align its meaning to what the word is in physical reality - which is mutually beneficial for all of us, humans, plants, animals etc. as it is what the word is, realizing that we can forgive ourselves for the meaning we gave it and correct ourselves - giving it a meaning we can live and express ourselves as, in physical reality that aligns to what is best for all -  as Living Words.

Expanding and Redefining Words:

Rice
Annual or perennial rhizomatous marsh grasses; seed used for food; straw used for paper

Carbohydrates
An essential structural component of living cells and source of energy for animals; includes simple sugars with small molecules as well as macromolecular substances; classified according to the number of monosaccharide groups they contain

RICE

-
We judge rice, but it benefits us in so many ways. It gives us energy our body needs in terms of carbohydrates as food, and we can make fuel from it etc.We also use rice to earn profit in the futures market, which is really not necessary but because we fear lack, we take more - more than what we need. So, we will have to learn to use it for what is best for all of us and not just to make money for ourselves.

Here, carbohydrates are seen as an enemy of life, yet we can see that we are the ones that can regulate the amount of carbohydrate rich food we  take. Rather than blame the physical universe for creating the carbohydrates, we can adjust our food portions and look at the nutrition information of food items with rice etc.- find out the portion ones  body need and get the nutrition that one needs that is present in the rice.

This Blog Is About
My fear of eating yogurt sweetened with splenda (linked to insecticides) and my desire to eat yogurt sweetened with stevia

Mind Pattern
>I cannot eat yogurtland yougurt because it has splenda
>splenda was discovered while researching ways to use sucrose and its synthetic derivatives as an insecticide
>insecticide? No
>What will I eat now?
>I do not want the tutti frutti one but i guess i have no choice
>It's quite good
>and its only sweetened by stevia
>hmm, this is where I will come to get yogurt
>Its just a bit far from where we live
>I might get a lot of it so i will have more reserves at home

What's the fear?
Fear of insecticides linked to splenda which is also connected to fear of death

What is Self-forgiveness?
It is the process by which an individual forgives oneself for accepting and allowing self to separate from objective reality, releasing positive and negative value judgments such as good or bad, right or wrong, positive or negative - as subjective interpretations of reality regarding something or someone that leads to stability as breath.

Writing Self-forgiveness Statements:
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear the effect of splenda as i read that It is also called sucralose,
It was discovered while researching ways to use sucrose and its synthetic derivatives as an insecticide
So I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to because of the fear of splenda defined within insecticides, desire to eat yogurt sweetened with stevia in place of splenda which is in yogurtland yogurt - which i like the taste of - and so  believing that stevia is safer - within this fueled by my fear of toxicity instead of seeing and realizing that this is a form of coping because I dread removing all sugar s from my food which brings about another fear - fear of being sick and fear of death if and when I put a lot of sugar in my food. This is me being uncertain of what to do and thinking or having a picture in my mind seeing me confused. with this in my head - 'What do I do?' and this picture becomes a motion picture where I see myself  limited in what I can do in terms of 'choosing which sugar to use' not seeing and realizing i am blaming the sugar industry for not creating sugar that is safe and has all the nutrients the body need and at the same time will entertain my tongue. Through this i forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to have a backchat of 'shit, this is going to be a difficult journey', instead of realizing that I am looking for mind stimulation rather than nutrition in sugar and the lack of it is what i am reacting to. I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to stop going to yogurtland and went to Tutti Frutti instead buying a lot of stevia sweetened yogurt to fill my need for the splenda sweetened Yogurtland yogurt instead of realizing I am being self-dishonest and still hiding behind stevia when I can face my fear of insecticides in splenda - to rather than face the fear, run away from it, believing that as I see the cockroaches shiver when they are killed by the insecticide spray, if i eat splenda, i will also shiver like the cockroach and will suffer - within fear of suffering and fear of death - which i connected to the story of my grandmother telling me my life was threatened when i was young when a cockroach came near my bed - so, me reacting in fear.Through this, I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear death believing that if i die like the cockroach I will be out of control of my body and mind so desires to eat stevia and got too much of the tutti frutti yogurt. Through this, I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to connect this to a memory of me getting more meat than my brothers and sisters believing that i will miss out on my share if they decide to get more than their share, projecting my judgment of myself to them.

Correcting Myself
I commit myself to when and as i see myself fearing not being able to experience the sweetness of sugar and desires stevia because i fear the insecticide in splenda - I stop and slow myself down as I breathe and bring myself back to reality and out of the mind where I am craving the sweetness of sugar and realize that I am running away from fear of death - to rather than fear death, look at why I am giving up on one and giving in on the other to have a sugar fix - realizing that it is not about what sweetener I eat. It is about what fear  i am running away from, looking at how i created the fear and the memory attached to it - to rather than run away from the fear, release it through self-forgiveness, and change my relationship with the cockroach as it is also part of the whole - that is life.

I commit myself to expand and redefine the words 'insect' and 'death','insecticide' and 'chemical'.

Here death of insects was seen as bad as we projected our own beliefs about death to the cockroach. We see it as  suffering and pain because we have attached the opposite - life and living to happiness and joy. The suffering of the cockroach was inflicted through the use of a chemical which then becomes an agent that facilitate its death. So we see the chemical we use to kill the cockroach as something that is toxic and deadly and we develop a fear to that same chemical we use to kill an insect. The media then impulse this fear and sells us insecticides to get money which they can get through impulsing our desire for insecticides that will make us feel as if we already transcended our fear - until another insect comes in and we revisit our fear. So we have to see the insecticides as what they are. They are also here in this world, so, they are part of the whole - that is life.

Self-forgiveness for Mental Health: Eating For Entertainment: Watching A Movie

SUGAR DEFINED

What is Self-forgiveness?
It is the process by which an individual forgives oneself for accepting and allowing self to separate from objective reality, releasing positive and negative value judgments such as good or bad, right or wrong, positive or negative - as subjective interpretations of reality regarding something or someone that leads to stability as breath.

Forgiving Myself In Writing:

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that if i watch a movie in the theatre, i have to buy something like popcorn etc.even when i already ate and eat with the one i am with while watching, otherwise the experience will not be enjoyable and it will defeat the purpose of going there - which is to be entertained, rather than looking at what nutrition the body can get from the popcorn for example (or any food item) and having a log, know what food gives me a stable blood glucose so that i can assist the body and be able to eat with commonsense and use food to give the body nourishment that it needs.

Rewriting My Life:

I commit myself to when i see myself believe that i have to buy and eat  popcorn even when i already ate for my husband and I to be entertained when watching the movie - I stop, breathe and realize that I have to use food  according to what it is - which is a substance used as a source of nourishment.

I realize that i am wanting entertainment because i connected it with a memory of me being entertained before and therefore have defined it within bias - where i connected it to a memory of when my great grandmother gave me a coconut sweet while playing around the house which i also connected to the  fear of not being entertained by food, people, event or any external stimulant within a subjective view of reality - within bias.

I commit myself to rather than seek being entertained by the the taste of food and the movies, see food objectively and use it for what it is intended for.

Word Web:

Food

Any solid substance (as opposed to liquid) that is used as a source of nourishment

I commit myself to make sure i am clear within myself before i say or write the word ' food'.

I commit myself to assist in making a world that truly honors life so all can get the basic necessities to survive - including food to help the body survive optimally.

Self-forgiveness for Mental Health: Blood Sugar

SUGAR DEFINED

What is Self-forgiveness?
It is the process by which an individual forgives oneself for accepting and allowing self to separate from objective reality, releasing positive and negative value judgments such as good or bad, right or wrong, positive or negative - as subjective interpretations of reality regarding something or someone that leads to stability as breath.

Forgiving Myself In Writing:

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to believe that it is bad and scary to be old, and believe that only old people and people with diabetes should monitor their blood sugar levels because when their blood sugar level goes up, they can die - where my decisions are fueled by fear of being old, sickness and death, so instead of looking at releasing the fear, i ran after health and longevity using food to make me look young and feel young through getting into a vegetarian diet, vegan diet, 'raw food/living food' diet, paleo diet, ketogenic diet, the zone diet etc. instead of releasing the fear and logging my daily food intake, sugar intake etc. and aligning my food intake to what will support the body optimally as per my own investigation of how my body works and the feedback it gives me according to what food i eat.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to believe that only diabetics should monitor the blood glucose levels because they are old and they may die when their blood glucose level goes up and down, instead of realizing that since i am the breath within my body, and seeing that the body is supporting me to move and express myself in this world, it is my responsibility to be aware of what is going on in my body, what food i am taking, how much sugar is going into my blood etc. so i can assist the body in regulating blood sugar levels.

Rewriting My Life:

I commit myself to instead of running after what i desire in terms of health and longevity based from information given by others, learn to question those, do an unbiased investigation, look at my definition of the word 'sugar' and correct myself when i see that i am defining it within bias and instead of doing that, expand the definition to align to my expression of myself, log my sugar intake and be aware of how much sugar goes into my body (which will eventually go into my blood) then adjust my sugar intake to what will support the body to maintain balance - homeostasis for optimum survival.

Word Web:
Sugar

I commit myself to accept and allow me to develop an equal and one relationship with food and the body through taking self-responsibility.

I commit myself to assist in creating a world that supports dignified life for all, where everyone is able to get the the basic necessities to survive and means to buy food that will support the body to survive optimally

Megan Young, Winner of The Miss World Beauty Pageant and Poverty

While the 'pork barrel scam' and corruption is going on in the PhilippinesMegan Young, the Philippine candidate, won the Miss World Beauty Pageant in Bali, Indonesia.

When i was in high school, my mom put my name in a beauty contest. This competition taught me how to compete to win in life where i was not aware that when i win, others lose.
I learned what popularity is about and learned how to inflate my view of myself and others.

In this blog, I will look at the Miss World beauty contest and provide a glimpse of how we can use competition in a way that all can win.

Let's first look at the Megan Young's Miss World BBC Interview:

https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=399110896878054&set=vb.162115923981400&type=2&theater

BBC Question:
In the Philippines in particular, there are big issues facing a woman there, everything from extreme poverty to lack of access to contraception, to the Filipino woman who work overseas ...Do you feel that there are particular things that you can do in the Philippines to help?

'.that foundation of getting where you want to be and i think I'd rather start small and helping encourage people and putting that hope that there's a tomorrow that they don't have to suffer that they don't have to think negatively, its always that positive outlook that gets people to evolve..'

This positive outlook, is like a veil to cover-up the suffering in this world. Having lived in the Philippines for a long time, seeing the poor Not having any means to survive nor any means to get medical attention, i reacted to being poor and became fearful of being poor.

In my adult life, when i was doing yoga and meditation, i helped an organization to distribute food and medical aid for the poor believing that i was truly helping and believing that it will give the poor a positive outlook to for that moment be happy because i knew they were suffering.

I did not realize back then it was my fear of being poor that is fueling this desire and within that, my guilt of being part of those that can afford food in a country where the gap between the rich and the poor is big.

I will direct this fear in my coming blogs and will rewrite myself by forgiving and correcting myself as i take responsibility for what i created in 'my within' - as the mind and in 'my without' -as this world system.

I looked at this Youtube video, where she is shown distributing food to the poor people in the Philippines
Interestingly enough, i was able to bring the memory back here , of when i distributed food to the poor in the Philippines, having been part of a non-government organization that gave food and medical aid to the poor when i was doing Yoga and Meditation years ago.
Will i end poverty by giving food and medical aid to the poor?
I did not have the answer then, because i wanted to believe and deceive myself that it can be done, but as i open my eyes to the realities of life looking at what i accepted and allowed, i saw that it is impossible to stop poverty by distributing food or giving medical aid to the poor.

What i realized is that my motivation in helping the poor is not to really help them and assist them as humans equal to other humans like myself, but to transcend that guilt and transcend the fear of being poor. My motive was based on self-interest. I was focused on getting what I wanted, which at that time was to give help to the poor because the 'master/guru' said so. In return i was promised liberation which in Christian terms mean 'salvation'. It was not real help, because i was doing what i was doing to get 'salvation' which i later questioned, forgave myself for and corrected.

Stopping poverty is about assisting in creating a way for them to have a Basic/Living Income, Guaranteed from birth to death. This way they will never be poor again.

Eric Douglas Morley (26 September 1918 – 9 November 2000) was the founder of the Miss World pageant and Come Dancing TV programme. His widow, Julia Morley, is now head of the pageant.

Morley started his career in the entertainment business in 1945 when he resigned his commission to managing a travelling show in Scotland, and then, in 1946, joined the Mecca organisation as a publicity manager.[citation needed]

In 1952, he was Mecca's general manager of dancing, and was made a director in 1953. With Mecca, Morley helped to populise bingo which was played at Mecca venues throughout the United Kingdom. He changed the company from a small catering and dancing firm into a leading entertainment and catering company in the UK. It employed 15,000 people and covered dance halls, catering, bingo, gambling, ice-skating rinks, bowling alleys, discos and several restaurants.
He left an estate valued at £2.6 million

Money and the Miss World Pageant:
The competition raised more than £30 million for charity. In 1983 he floated Miss World Group on the Unlisted Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange, keeping a 51 per cent stake. To counter feminist critics of the show, he tried to reduce the emphasis on the bathing-costume round and emphasise the girls' other attributes by drawing attention to their "poise, personality, talent, figure, facial beauty, deportment, ability to be interviewed and so forth".[citation needed]
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eric_Morley

The amount of money collected by charity organizations over the years are plenty yet poverty is still here.
The Miss World beauty pageant had been giving to charity for more than 50 years. Different foundations and organizations are donating money to to the poor yet poverty is still here.

We have to realize that when something does not work, we have to change our operating basis.

We have to consider the fact that a little help is not enough.

The earth gave all of us resources equally to  survive. We have to investigate how we can create dividends enough to give the poor, the unemployed, the elderly and the uneducated, a Basic/Living Income, Guaranteed from birth to death. We have to balance our ecosystem of money. This way we all win.

Behind the scenes, the media is making money from these contests, as it is televised in many countries. The contest attracts billions of viewers. The media gets money from advertisers or sponsors of these pageants.

Although the terrestrial TV channels no longer broadcast the show in Britain, it remained popular worldwide, and in 1997 was capable of attracting a TV audience of 2.5 billion across 155 countries.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eric_Morley

The way we see these contestants is inflated and so many people watch the televised competition. These personalities become our children's role models so our children desires to get the crown too one day, 'hoping' they will be Miss Wold too and that they will get the crown too, which symbolizes money and popularity. There's also the prize money at stake.

When our eyes are focused in getting that, we lose touch with what is here - the physical reality - the poverty that's been here for a long time and we do not want to take self-responsibility as we have money, food on our table, television screens and the internet to entertain us. Our eyes can see the glitter and glamour of Hollywood, not reality.

We don't even have time to ask ourselves, 'why is poverty still here when everyone seems to be giving help to the poor - are we recreating poverty?

We are recreating this when we accept and allow ourselves to desire money, popularity and beauty within our mind. When we watch and desire to buy what actors and actresses buy, like designer's clothes, imported bags and shoes etc. We are creating moving pictures in our minds when we watch tv shows, surf the internet etc. reacting to these pictures and modifying our behavior to behave like them, not realizing this is fueled by  fear -fear of being ugly, fear of being alone and fear of being poor within fear of survival.

Our desires are being impulsed daily by the media advertising, as we see actors and actresses that present themselves with 'fashionable' clothes, shoes, handbags, make-up etc,. all for one purpose - money and profit for businesses and corporations producing them.

We see the news about suffering poor people and in between advertisements on TV that sells us products advertised by people we like so we do what they do and we buy what they buy while we forget the suffering of the poor.

For everything we do there is consequence. I suggest to look at the Basic/Living Income Guarantee.

Fear of survival Flowchart:
http://juneroca.com/mathematics-of-life/food-mathematics/fear-of-survival-flow-charts/

In advertising the real picture is photoshopped to make it more aligned with the mind, the mind becomes controlled by these images, goes into association and a relationship of comparison and then judges reality according to these pictures. This mechanism creates desires which produce the same kind of supply and demand where the human who is controlled by these images and propaganda will do whatever they can to buy a product that is being inflated in its image.

Immigration: Pinay Traumatized In 'Horror' Trip To The US?

Immigration to the US is a problem Filipinos face when they decide to leave the Philippines for the so-called 'better life' in america.

In this blog i will look at a news article about a Filipina migrating to the US to attend her daughter's marriage.

There are many parts within this story but one that stands out is that, what the officer said and what the lady said contradicts each other.

'He claimed that he talked to her aunt, who allegedly told him that Grande will take care of her as a caregiver'

'She said the immigration officer's allegations are not true because her aunt didn't even know she was arriving in the US'

A Filipina Facebook friend ask us to comment on this, so here's my perspective:

Note: have a look at the link if you need to read the news article

We have to investigate who is not telling the truth here.

If her aunt is telling the truth and she is coming to the US to be a caregiver with a US visitor visa, without a working visa, the officer will do what needs to be done according to the law.

But if she is telling the truth, that she just wants to attend her daughter's marriage, then what she can do is , she can file a lawsuit against the officers.

Looking at Immigration from the perspective of currency value, let's ask ourselves these questions:

Why we are migrating?

Is there a hidden agenda of self-interest within our mind to earn 'under-the-table money' within being employed as a care-giver or in any job when we get to the US?

If the answer to this question is, 'Yes', realize that this is fueled by Fear of surviving within having to deal with a currency that has 'lower value' than the dollar.

The peso having a 'lower value', we fear surviving in the Philipines believing that this is too little to survive on, so in our desire to go to the US and earn in Dollars which has 'more value,' we end up getting into all sorts of problem with Immigration including deportation.

We even end up marrying someone for immigration purposes and we accept and allow this to happen.

We have to look at how we can make living in the Philippines financially rewarding like maybe doubling the minimum wage and look at how everyone who needs one like the poor - how they can have a Basic or Living Income Guaranteed from birth to death

At the same time we have exchange rates, where certain countries have a high value currency and others a low value currency, which is then used to transfer resources between countries done under the disguise of corporations – which are owned by politicians – creating monopolies that cause extensive poverty. The fact is that this transfer of resources in theory should benefit all the citizens of a country.
