I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from JR
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to connect the word JR to the word mother
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to connect the word JR to the word leave
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to connect the word JR to the word cooking
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to connect the word JR to the word money
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge JR as less than me because of the belief that she is a bad mother - and me more than her because i am a good mother.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to believe that JR have to take care of me from when i come out of the womb to when i get married
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to get angry when i believe that JR is making me wrong.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to believe that AR is more than me because she gave birth to me and i owe her my life - defining myself within birth and death - as i identify as the ego-personality.

I commit myself 'as AJ' to assist myself to -when and as i see myself  separating myself from JR -by going within and as my mind - i stop - i breathe. I realise that i am equal to all that exist as all came from the same substance all are made of - to instead of seeing her as more than or less than myself - acocording to my beliefs, judgments etc. about her - i see her as who she is as equal to who i am - as the substance, as the physical.
