SUGAR DEFINED

What is Self-forgiveness?
It is the process by which an individual forgives oneself for accepting and allowing self to separate from objective reality, releasing positive and negative value judgments such as good or bad, right or wrong, positive or negative - as subjective interpretations of reality regarding something or someone that leads to stability as breath.

Forgiving Myself In Writing:

Self-forgiveness for Judging the Black Forest Cake as Inferior in Quality:

Thought:
'The cream icing in that cake is soft therefore poor in quality.'

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge the black forest cake that i saw in Facebook as poorly made believing that because the cream is soft and not firm it is inferior in quality than other black forest cakes instead of seeing and realizing that the food items in it come from plants, animals and the earth and they are here supporting our body to get the nutrition it needs, so it is best to be aware of how the nutrition in our food can support the body's survival.

I commit to when and as i see myself judging the look of the cake - i stop and remind myself to not judge it from a subjective view of reality within bias - comparing it to another and judging which one is better looking but rather see the cake for what it is, as food, and use it as such.

From the Word Web:
Cake:
A sweet baked food made from (or based on) a mixture of flour, sugar, eggs, and fat

Food
Any solid substance (as opposed to liquid) that is used as a source of nourishment

I, for a moment was not aware of: the following:

1. The flour came from the earth, and it's being nourished by the earth
2. The cream came from the cow, and its body is being nourished by plants, who in turn is being nourished by the earth
3. The chocolate came from the cacao plant which comes from the earth
4. The sugar came from the sugar cane plant which came from the earth
5. The rum came from the sugar cane which comes from the earth
6. The cherries came from the cherry tree that comes from the earth
5. How much of every ingredient i can eat that will not create a sharp increase or decrease in my blood sugar leading to physical stress and disease.

Self-forgiveness for Unawareness

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to be unaware of what the ingredients are of the cake and how much of each is in the cake, where the ingredients come from and how it affects the body's blood sugar where i eat because i like the taste of food rather than eat in awareness and from the starting point of eating to provide nutrition for the body for optimum survival.

Rewriting My Life:
From Commitments to Self-Correction

I commit myself to when and as i see myself eating in unawareness - i stop - i breathe and make myself aware of what i eat and what's in it.

I commit to educate myself about the ingredients of food i eat so i can look at nutrition present in the food

I commit myself to look at how much of the food item i eat - i can eat, without raising or lowering my blood sugar to a point where it creates

I commit myself to pave the way to make food available to all through assisting in creating a world where survival is guaranteed for all by supporting organizations that is committed to make this a reality.
