Me, the Peppercorn, Balsamic Vinegar and the Strawberry

Years ago, i asked a friend what was the most unusual food combinations she tasted so far - and she told me that where she worked the chef served strawberries, balsamic vinegar and black peppercorn powder - and it tasted good. I was surprised that those 3 ingredients will work. I tested it and i was surprised that it tasted okay.

Is my starting point for preparing the strawberry with balsamic vinegar and peppercorn- coming from my desire to discover exotic or unusual tastes - as i identify as the ego-personality? It is.

In this blog, i will direct this and do self-forgiveness and self commitment to correct myself - to express me as who i am - equal to all that exist.

Stopping My Participation in the Mind:

Belief:
Self-forgiveness Statements:

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to believe that strawberries cannot be combined with balsamic vinegar and peppercorns

Self-commitment

I commit to when and as i see myself believing that the strawberries cannot be combined with balsamic vinegar and black peppercorns - i stop - i breathe. i realize that this is coming from knowledge and information separate from me -which i learned from others separate from me -influenced by my mom and grandmother preparing food in the normal way - where they just cooked Filipino meals - and did not test other kinds of dishes. I stop participating.

Judgment:
Self-forgiveness Statements:

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge the balsamic vinegar, strawberry and powdered black peppercorn dish as more than me and me less than myself because of the belief that when less people know about a dish- the dish becomes unusual - and exotic - which is good and when more people know about a dish - it becomes common- usual - and not exotic -which is bad-and within this i forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to define myself within exotic and not exotic usual and unusual, good and bad.

Self commitment

I commit to when and as i see myself judge the balsamic vinegar, strawberry and black peppercorn dish as more than me and me less than myself - i stop - i breathe. I realise that i am designing competition when i do judge different manifestations -based on my definition of myself based on how manifestations taste - which is really how they express themselves. I realise i am expressing myself here - and they are also expressing themselves here - equal and one. I stop participating because this is not what is best for me as who i am is all life - this is the limited personality that i created within my mind separated from all that exist. This is not what is best for all because this will create a world based on competition - which is war - as i design competition within my world as the personality - i design competition without - as war - which is what this world have now.

Manipulation:
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to  manipulate the way the dish will look and taste so it will taste good- believing that when i  put a lot of the powdered black peppercorn to the strawberry it will become pungent- where it will dominate the taste of the dish - rather than having the strawberry with its sweet sour taste dominate the dish with a slight taste of the black balsamic vinegar and a tinge of the pungent taste of the powdered black peppercorn - making a dish that is pleasing to the palate - the taste buds - not realizing that i can express myself within taste without having to participate in manipulation

Self Commitment

I commit myself to when and as i see myself manipulating the way the dish will look and taste based on a belief to make it taste good - i stop and breathe. I stop participating. I express myself in making the dish.

Backchat:

 Self-forgiveness Statements
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to use backchat as a method of judging the dish - balsamic vinegar, strawberries and peppercorn - as more than myself and me less than myself - by having a conversation within my mind , 'this is so unusual, i know not many people know this combination -they will see me as a good chef when i share this recipe with others - oh wait, but i do not want to share it with them yet because they might know the secret to creating exotic, good, unusual tasty dishes' - and within this i forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to hide dishes that are unusual and exotic - based on a belief that when i know more recipes i am the best chef or that it is good and when i know less number of recipes - it is bad - defining myself within good and bad, more and less.

Self commitment
I commit to when and as i see myself using backchat as a method of judging the dish -balsamic vinegar, strawberry and powdered black peppercorn - as more than myself and me less than myself - and say 'this is so unusual, i know not many people know this combination - they will see me as a good chef when i share this recipe with others - oh wait, but i do not want to share it with them yet because they might know the secret to creating exotic, good, unusual tasty dishes' - i stop and breathe. I realise that i am designing competition within this between me and other people who work with food - separating myself from them, the food items and the recipes. I stop participating.

Body movement:
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to use body movements to judge the dish -balsamic vinegar, strawberries and powdered black peppercorns -as more than me and me less than myself by preparing the dish- where -
coming from where i was - my body positioned standing in front of the counter - deciding to wash the strawberries - using my feet to move towards the faucet to wash the strawberries, turning to the right towards my back and going to the faucet -turning to open the faucet with my right hand twisting it to the right - getting the knife by turning to my right using my feet , opening the dishwasher , taking the knife with my right hand -and turning right to go to the cutting board -removing the leaves from the top of the strawberry with my right hand, putting the leaves inside the bin, positioning my right hand with the knife as i cut through the top portion of the flesh of the strawberry- starting from the top pushing the knife down to cut the top off as my left hand holds the strawberry - then getting a small white square plate with my right hand , turning to the back to get it from the dishwasher - picking it up with my right hand, then using my feet go to the counter to get the balsamic vinegar bottle colored black -opening it with my right hand - pouring a bit of it to the dish - then getting the black pepper from the white and red colored container which was made of aluminum with my right hand, lifting the lid up with my right hand, putting a pinch on the plate -slowly distributing the powdered black peppercorn - making sure it will look appetizing -by distributing it on the right side of the plate -returning the container using my right hand- then turning to the left - dipping the strawberry to the balsamic vinegar and then dipping it to the powdered black peppercorn using my right hand -making sure that i will not get too much of the peppercorn to the strawberry believing it will become pungent if i do so - where it will dominate the taste of the dish - rather than having the strawberry with its sweet sour taste dominate the dish with a slight taste of the black balsamic vinegar and a tinge of the pungent taste of the powdered black peppercorn - making a dish that is pleasing to the palate - the taste buds - then picking the strawberry up to taste a bit of it with my right hand - opening my mouth and pushing the strawberry in - while i move the jaw with my teeth up and down - using my vocal cords to say 'it tastes good', 'unusual' - saying, 'who will think this combination work!'---moving my feet towards my partner - which is to the left side - with my right arms outstretched holding the strawberry towards his mouth - using my vocal cords to say 'taste this', 'this is good'. looking at him with my eyes going wide - waiting for his response - waiting for his approval. Then, asking him after he had a taste, 'is it good?' then when he said 'it's okay', feeling good, went back to the counter turning to the right using the feet - tasting the strawberry with the balsamic vinegar and the peppercorn again to make sure it taste good.

Self  Commitment

I stop - i breathe and correct myself by stopping my movement and move as an expression of who i am

Color
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to use color to judge the arrangement in the dish - balsamic vinegar, strawberry and peppercorn - as more than myself and me less than myself based on a belief that the white color of the dish contrasted well with the black color of the balsamic vinegar and the red color of the strawberry.

I commit to when and as i see myself using color to judge the arrangement in the dish - balsamic vinegar, strawberry and peppercorn - as more than myself and me less than myself based on a belief - i stop and breathe - and correct my starting point.

Voice Tonality
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to use voice tonality as a method to judge the taste of the dish - balsamic vinegar, strawberry and peppercorn - where i judged the taste of the dish as less than me and me more than myself -based on a belief that the taste of the dish is not really exceptional - and judged it as less than myself and me more than myself - by saying,  'taste this', 'this is good'.

I commit to when and as i use voice tonality as a method to judge the taste of the dish - balsamic vinegar, strawberry and peppercorn- where i judged the taste of the dish as less than me and me more than myself - based on a belief - i stop and breathe. I stop and correct my starting point.

Realizing i created this world through my mind participation - i am taking self-responsibility by doing self-forgiveness, self-commitment and self-corrective application for what i accepted and allowed in this world - within self-interest - rather than come from a starting point of what is best for all.

Stopping The Collective Mind That Creates This World

The Strawberries

I forgive myself 'as the elite' that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge the strawberries according to its looks - where i shop for good looking organic produce in the farmer's market or wholefoods because we have money - not realizing that the people in the third world countries - do not even have money to buy strawberries.

I forgive myself 'as the strawberry pickers' that i have accepted and allowed myself to exist and support the system by being employed as a strawberry picker in the farm - without assisting in establishing an equal money system that will change this unequal system to a monetary system based on equality- where i will have the right to life and to the basic necessities i need to survive -without working for money.

I forgive myself 'as the strawberry farmer' that i have accepted and allowed myself to plant strawberries in exchange for profit ' - where we mine and consume substance/physical/earth - and get its produce - to sell for profit

The Balsamic Vinegar

i forgive myself 'as the elite' that i have accepted and allowed myself have money to buy a reduction of balsamic vinegar with a choice of top best balsamic reduction - when the poor people from the thirld world countries do not even have money to buy vinegar

I forgive myself 'as the workers in balsamic vinegar manufacturing plants' that i have accepted and allowed myself to exist and support this unequal monetary system by working to be able to survive - without assisting in establishing an equal monetary system - where all will not have to work for money - but rather be given right for life and get all the basic necessities to survive from birth.

I forgive myself 'as the owners of grape farms'-where grapes are grown to be pressed and reduced to be made into the balsamic vinegar -that i have accepted and allowed myself to grow grapes in exchange for profit where i mine the earth by cultivating it to grow trebbiano grapes for profit

Self - commitment:

I commit myself to expose industries that abuse the earth by getting its resources - planting fruits like strawberries and grapes and exchange it for money - without assisting in establishing a world that is based on equality - in my blogs - so the abuse will stop.

I commit myself to through writing self-forgiveness and self-corrective application -assist myself to stop my mind participation at the very point i started - and birth me here as life - so we will birth life in the physical and life will be here forevermore.
