Nutrition (also called nourishment or aliment) is the provision, to cells and organisms, of the materials necessary (in the form of food) to support life.
Redefining NUTRITION:
(No to n-UTR-ition as 'I' in separa-TION from who one is as all life)
The provision of giving cells and other organisms the materials they need to survive - according to knowledge and information we heard and read -separate from who we are -is a limited definition - a definition coming from the ego-personality. Who we are - is all LIFE.
Our fear of sickness and death drives us to eat food that will give the body nutrition. Our food choices are influenced by the mind as our desires, beliefs, judgments, the media, our experiences, our culture etc.We have separated ourselves within and as the mind. We separated from the body, and the cells. We, as the personality exists within our minds - where we participate in thoughts, beliefs, judgments based on knowledge and information - and view other organism as separate from us - and this is how we see ourselves and this existence as a whole. We see this world as living pictures in our mind separate from reality as what is here as life.
We judge each other - animals, humans, plants etc. both in a positive way and in a negative way.
We judge the body. We believe that some legs are good and some are bad, some body shapes are sexy and some not - we judge the body as fat and some not fat etc.We judge the body of others as well -according to beliefs in our mind.
The cells in our bodies are not being recognized for what they are doing to keep the body alive.
Animals and plants suffer. We only see the suffering of animals because they scream and shout when they are killed. We go against those who kill and torture animals for food and profit. We forgot that this is also true of plants. They too are being killed for food and profit. So, instead of seeing those who eat animal meat for food as bad - and those that do not eat animals for food as good - i suggest we look at the totality of what is here and reassess who we are in relation to all parts of ourselves as life
We are abusing ourselves and each other by supporting an unequal monetary system where animals and plants are killed for food and profit . We have to assist in establishing a world that truly honors life - and a monetary system based on equality.
Let's look at who we are as a part of the whole. Let's look at how we live as an individual - as who we have become - as separate from all that exist - and let's have a look at who we are as part of that one group called LIFE. Let's look at our conscious, subconscious and our unconscious mind and deconstruct the patterns that we have created as our reality - deconstructed through self-forgiveness and reconstructed through a commitment to correct oneself in ones self-application in every moment of breath for what is best for all life - birthing ourselves as who we are as life.- stopping the mind - until we do not have to kill plants and animals to get the materials the body needs to survive - for food and profit.
I am redefining the word nutrition and give it a meaning equal to who i am - equal to all that exist - and live it as an expression of myself.

Nutrition is the provision to cells and other organisms, of the materials they need to survive -where we see the body, the cells, other organisms, animals and plants, (as the food items that we eat ) as equal to all that exist - communicating with/as the body and giving it what it accepts and not giving it what it rejects - recognizing what the body prefers.

I commit myself to – through writing, self-forgiveness and self-corrective application – assist and support me to purify my words from energy/experience of the negative, neutral and positive, and re-align my words into and as physical practical living; where the words no more exist within and as energy – furthering/evolving the Mind and influencing/affecting others within my world deliberately to evoke/initiate/instigate within them and/or me experiences of and as energy as the competition between the Minds within the weapons of words, used/abused in the interest and survival of and as the Mind of Energy only. But that the words I am exist as Living Substance/Living Flesh as the equal and one living of words visibly within and as me and my world, where the Words I speak stand absolute as who I am in and as my physical equality and oneness. To so also stop the separation existent within the very Words I use, where words I speak out loud – differ from the words I speak silently within; simply indicating the extent to which we exist in separation/two worlds of the Mind and the Physical, where we’re one personality of Mind within ourselves and another in the without of Ourselves.
