I am stepping out of the 'not being aware of me as breath while starting a blog' character. I will use self-forgiveness and commitment to correct myself to stop this character - and birth me as the real chararcter - that stands for what is best for all.
I commit myself to when and as i see myself defining myself within the 'not being aware of me as breath while starting a blog' character - i stop - i breathe and change my starting point - to instead of going inside my mind and thinking about how i am going to be aware of me as breath - i bring myself back here as the physical and find the body position that is supporting me as the body - as the breath.
Backchat

'I am restricting my breath, how am i going to breath properly? I was able to stabilize me as breath before, what is happening, why do i keep holding my breath?===

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to use backchat as a method to analyze what i am doing as the observer - separate from who i am as the physical/substance - from the starting point of the 'i don't know' character where i don't want to take self-responsibility and look at what is here - so i can exist in an alternate reality - within my mind cycling through negative, neutral and positive experiences defined within knowing something and not knowing something- rather than see me as who i am as the breath in every moment - so instead of me looking at the commonsense of who i am as breath here i end up into/as consequence.Through this i forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to define myself within the 'i don't know' character - believing i don't know who i am as breath - not realizing i am here as breath in every moment.
Self-commitment
I commit myself to when and as i see myself using backchat as a method to analyze and observe -separate from who i am - as the physical - i stop - i breathe and find the body position that assist me as breath - using commonsense.I commit myself to when and as i see myself defining myself within the 'i don't know' character - i stop - i breathe and look at other characters that come up and investigate the relationship network and write about it to assist oneself to stop.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself manipulate myself 'as the hands' on the belly to analyze and observe me as breath - separate from who i am - in the mind - separate from the physical - separate from the breath - as an observer.
Self-commitment:
I commit myself to when and as i see myself manipulate myself 'as the hands' on the belly to aanalyze and observe me as breath - i stop - i breathe - and find the body position that supports me as the body - that supports me as the breath - that expresses me as the hands
Self-forgiveness:
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself manipulate myself 'as the buttocks' sitting down to - analyze and observe me as the breath.
Self-commitment:
I commit myself to when and as i see myself manipulate myself 'as the buttocks' sitting down to - analyze and observe me as the breath- i stop - i breathe - and find a body position that supports me as the body - that supports me as breath.
