running away from that
wanting and desiring the opposite
which i perceive is
an easy way out
a way to get someone to agree to me/like me
a way to be superior to others
a way to be happy
a way to explain something
a way to get someone to realize something
a way to get information and knowledge to evolve me as the one 'who knows'
a way for me to survive/not die
a way for me to sell an idea
a way for me to make someone like me
a way for me to get something that will make me evolve my personality/character
a way to get a positive energy experience
a way for me to not change as the character/personality
as the mind
defined by energetic push and pull
to have a feeling
that i am alive
within/as my mind
believing i have to survive/exist as the character/personality
defined by positive energy experiences
hoping
i will not be able to feel the sadness
i will not be able to see the poverty
i will not be able to see what is really happening here
so i will not be able to face the evil me
i will be enlightened/ascend ahead of everyone as the 'special me'
within/as my mind
as the personality/character
I therefore assist myself
to accept and allow myself to speak and write
as who i am
using words to express me
as the physical
awareness/presence/sensation
that is here
in my written and spoken words
equal to who i am as Life
as the Living words

thinking, imagining etc.
as who i have become as the mind
Blaming
the physical existence/reality
for being sad
for having a world system of inequality
for having poverty in this world
for the mess we have created
so i will not be able to take self-responsibility
so i will have the reason to
do something that justifies that
pointing my finger to someone else
not assisting in establishing a world that truly honors life based on equality
as the personality/character
therefore I assist myself to accept and allow myself to
use words as equal to my written and spoken expression
as who i am

I commit myself to when and as i see myself connecting/defining the word future to/within other words- i stop - i breathe. I stop myself from going to the past connecting memories of events, people, words, sound,movies, behaviors, texture, places, form, shape etc. to what i see, hear, touch, taste, smell. I bring myself back here change my starting point as me as the mind to me as who i am as the breath here and use the word as per the meaning i gave it in my redefinition and live that - expressing who i am as that word in my written and spoken expression
I commit myself to through writing, self-forgiveness and self correction moment by moment as i move me here as breath as i write and speak, look within myself and release the fears, beliefs, desires etc. connected to this word - and use the word as i write and speak- as i live and express me here - equal to who i am
