It is to realize that
when i participate in positive and negative energy experiences
i am in a state of instability

from being sad 
when i do not get what i like

all throughout my life
directed by the mind
instead of me being self-directive

so i assist myself to be self-directive

I assist myself to release the positive and negative values
i had given people, words etc.
and stabilize me as breathe here
expressing me as who i am
in 'relationships'/agreements

where instead of finding a man 
who fits
what i like within my mind

walk with someone as an equal
seeing him as me
assisting each other to birth self here

to know oneself intimately

and how to forgive myself and correct myself 
so when i am walking with another as me
i can assist effectively

see the body/physical 
as what it is

Filipino Food: DINUGUAN

HOW TO MAKE DINUGUAN 

Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 cup pig’s blood frozen
2 tbsp oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup coconut vinegar or apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper to taste (powdered black peppercorns)
3 jalapeno peppers
1 lb pork
1/2 lb pork liver  diced

Dinuguan Procedure
1. Heat oil in a saucepan, then saute onion and garlic.

2. Add diced pork, liver, salt and fish sauce. Saute for about 3 minutes. Add about 4 c water or add more or less to desired soup thickness - until pork is half cooked.

3. Pour in blood. Cook until the mixture is thick. Stir until well mixed.

4. Put in vinegar and cover the pan. Let boil but do not stir - because the vinegar will cause the coagulation of blood and will not create a smooth sauce. Redude heat, then simmer uncovered to let most of the liquid evaporate. 

5. Add jalapeno peppers . Cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
