Molecular gastronomy is a subdiscipline of food science that seeks to investigate the physical and chemical transformations of ingredients that occur while cooking. Its program includes three axes, as cooking was recognized to have three components, which are social, artistic and technical.[4] Molecular cooking is one application of molecular gastronomy; it means cooking with modern tools. Molecular cuisine is a modern style of cooking, and takes advantage of many technical innovations from the scientific disciplines.

What is Self-forgiveness?
It is the process by which an individual forgives oneself for accepting and allowing self to separate from objective reality, releasing positive and negative value judgments such as good or bad, right or wrong, positive or negative - as subjective interpretations of reality regarding something or someone that leads to stability as breath. 


Writing Self-forgiveness Statements:


I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear eating simple food, desiring to eat special food made using Molecular gastronomy techniques, believing that because it looks good according to my interpretation of it in my mind, and believing that because i haven't tasted it yet, I have to go to a restaurant and taste it - where there's a belief that if I will not taste it, I will be inferior - as other cooks will be learning about this, so they will be superior - believing that If I do not know how to cook it, I will not be a good cook because a good cook knows how to cook everything which is my idea or my definition of  success - instead of realizing that food preparation is about preparing food that will give the body all the nutrition that it needs rather than using food to entertain,be validated by others , be rich and be famous which is my definition of success.

Food preparation had been, for many years, about preparing food for entertainment. It is about time we change that to preparing food that will nourish the body.


Commitment To Correct Myself

I commit myself to when and as I see myself fearing eating simple foods - I stop and instead of carrying on about how i cannot eat this simple food daily that is devoid of added sugar - I slow myself down and bring myself back here as the breath and look at the nutrition information of what i eat- where within my desire to taste the molecular gastronomy foods, there is an idea that it will be tasty because it looks tasty not realizing that it will be used as food so rather than prepare food from the starting point of good look and good taste, prepare food from the starting point of what will nourish the body - in terms of nutrition (seeing that in this video  for example, food is being prepared with a lot of sugar)

When i was vegetarian and also as a meat eater, I have eaten foods with lots of sugar and salt - unaware of how much my body needs in a day, and played with spices just for the taste combinations that will entertain my tongue and others tongue. I ate a lot of sweets in both diets and when I was 'sentient vegetarian', I used to make 'prasadam' or sweets offered to the 'gods' after meditation and during those events i was oblivious of how much sugar is in the fruits and vegetables i was preparing at that time and how much added sugar is in what i prepared or ate, not even questioning if the 'blissful devotee' that was me, was in fact an accessory to the crime of physical body abuse within my 'sugar bliss' or the abuser myself? I did not realize I am abusing the body by eating a lot of sugar and abusing animals and plants by judging them as one better than the other - unaware of the contradiction of this in living as a universal being, as I preached 'Neo-humanism' then, which was about the elevation of humanism to universalism without seeing that I myself is judging animals as inferior within the 'sentient vegetarian' theory of eating and judging mushrooms, garlic and onion as having 'crude energy', therefore inferior, while the rest of the vegetables are judged as superior - based on how I see within my mind's eyes - giving all an unequal value based on my fears which manifest as an unequal system in my without.

I commit myself to when and as I see myself about to eat cooked vegetarian or vegan food, question the amount of naturally occurring sugar and added sugar in it and look at how much fruits and vegetables I can take that will support a stable blood sugar level and nutrition that will support the body's functioning as per the result of my food logs and blood sugar logs.

I commit myself to when and as I see myself eating raw vegan food, (fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts not heated above 105-118 degrees), which was prepared by others, investigate the ingredients in the food and find out how much naturally occurring sugar and added sugar is in the food so that i will be able to decide in awareness rather than decide on what to eat based on desire which can be fueled by other fears like fear of disease within fear of losing control of my relationship with my body.

I commit myself to when not eating or drinking also look at the blood sugar levels so that I can give the body food when my blood sugar is low - rather than wait to be hungry, which is considered by the body as stress - which is waiting for a point of stress before we eat .

I commit myself to test for awareness and to eat to nourish the body and while doing that, work on developing an equal and one relationship with the food I eat and the body I am in - as the breath.

I commit myself to when and as I see myself desiring to taste food that I see looks good - I stop and slow myself down as breath as I inhale and exhale and see food as they are - a substance that nourish the body - rather than use it to please the senses and forget about what food is in the process of watching a molecular gastronomy video as my eyes are entertained and so develop a desire to taste what I see - me interpreting what i see in my mind based on my fears, memories etc. - as the mind, rather than looking at objective reality and see food as a substance that nourish the body and so prepares food from that starting point.

I commit myself to expand and redefine the words 'success', 'validate', and 'special' as equal to how I change in how I prepare food - where food is used as nourishment for the body.

Why am I expanding or redefining words?

Words are like microchips that has in it for example, thoughts, imaginations etc. that is an interpretation of reality in our mind. It is defined within what is best for us, as individuals, which is based on competition within survival of the fittest . So, in expanding or redefining a word our goal is to align its meaning to what the word is in physical reality - which is mutually beneficial for all of us, humans, plants, animals etc. as it is what the word is, realizing that we can forgive ourselves for the meaning we gave it and correct ourselves - giving it a meaning we can live and express ourselves as, in physical reality that aligns to what is best for all -  as Living Words.

here the condition that one is in is based on an idea about economic growth and being well-known in the food industry for example, not caring about what sugar does to our body- so instead of using it in moderation, prepare food that looks good and tastes good that is full of sugar, for the taste of it, rather than using food to nourish the body.

Here, stability is perceived in our value judgments of each other  which is determined by our standing within the system and the number of likes we have in social media that keeps us locked in our like -minded patterns which makes it difficult for us to change because change means 'no likes' - so we act out the same behavior pattern and stop ourselves from changing ourselves so we can be validated.

Here, we perceive ourselves different from another, because we have become the personality that is defined by a positive and negative value in our mind, connected todifferent fears and memories which give the illusion of uniqueness. This perceived inequality is just like the inequality in our system that we defined ourselves within. In essence, what is unique in the individual starts when we question ourselves about who we really are and forgive ourselves for any illusion of inferiority and superiority, correcting ourselves to the point where we change and can express ourselves within our standing for what is best for all in that particular grid allocation we are in.
