Solution: Write it down the day before - in the evening.

*Problem:
Doing many things in the internet can lead to forgetting that one thing I intended to do in the beginning.
Solution:
Self-Correction:
Write intended action and start doing it up to completion.
If there arise a need to go and look at something for a particular task, write the task down and for how long i will be there. Be aware of mind directing me, to rather than be unaware of what I am doing believing that I am doing work to support myself and my self-perfection process, question that and realize that the 'mind-me' can direct the 'physical-me'  to wander in so many places in the internet so write it down and check the time spent on that site. Ask myself:

Did I do what I intended to do ?
Example:
Is the blog published?

If not, why?
Do what needs to be done to finish the task

Note to self: Check the presence of Dextrin and Dextrose when eating food sweetened with stevia
and look at how they are made and if there are aversion for other sweeteners, forgive and correct oneself. Look at the portions and the nutrition information and test if the body concurs with which portion. If there are physical reactions forgive oneself for positive and negative reactions, then test it again. If the body still rejects it - stop taking it.
