21 Days Breathing: Solution Blueprint: School, Zuchini Sandwich Etc. Day 153 Sept 12, 2012 Part 12 Day 10



Here i am doing a Solution Blueprint for the 'Late' Character, where i started with a To Do List and i am bringing you with/as me in this journey to life where i direct myself through writing, self-forgiveness and self-corrective application for thoughts and backchats during the day as i get you to peep through my breath by breath moment by moment  movement of myself - for 2 weeks - while i have a shower etc. The x and / symbols correspond to tasks i have done (/) and not done (x). I am looking at who i have become as the 'Late' character and step out of the character - showing my breath by breath movement. 

This is in conjuction with the 21 Days Breathing where i also look at the thoughts and backchats within my mind and through writing, self-forgiveness and self-corrective application - direct them moment by moment.  

This is not meant to be 'right and wrong'. This is me directing me moment by moment.

I started this solution blueprint when i saw that i have been late in my assignment:

So, here i am going through the first part - where when i have a shower - i participate in thoughts etc. and my self-forgiveness statements and self-correction script written below - and which i apply in the physical directing me moment to moment breath by breath - to birth me here as life

Note:
- I noticed i am speaking self-forgiveness and self-corrective statements in a hurry (directing myself the script is done and applied in the physical ) - definning me within the 'do it fast - do it' character - i will direct this

/Stretching postures * 2 postures with breath
Note:
I am using writing , self-forgiveness and self-corrective application  - for thoughts, backchats, and knowledge and information - about  how it is being done from my past yoga exercises 'experience' - and directing me to express me as movement - within self-intimacy.

/Self-Massage
Note:*the body responds to this really well - free form - doing self-forgiveness, self-corrective statements - and applying the script i made for myself physically breath by breath - moment by moment - expressing me as touch - within self-intimacy

Note:
*I procrastinated to read the Earth's blog  and so decided to read it today  (and the Heaven's and Creation's Blog tomorrow) to make up for the days before that i did not read - but ended up not doing it - so i can see that i am defining myself within the 'making-up for being late - procrastination' character which i ended up not doing - defining myself within the 'i did not do it when i was supposed to- blaming me' character - which i will be directing.this:

Self-forgiveness
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to procrastinate in reading the Earth's Journey To Life Blog - and then try to make up for it - accumulating baggage - defining myself within the 'procrastinating Earth JTL Blog' character - so assist myself to do what needs to be done in the moment i saw what needs to be done - and make a solution blueprint for reading all blogs - CreationJTL, Heaven's and Earth's and not use the moment to do other things that will give me a positive energy experience - within/as my mind .
I commit myself to when and as i see myself procrastinating reading the Earth's JTL blog - i stop - i breathe and stop doing whatever i am doing that is not supporting me in my process - and instead of procrastinating reading the Earth's blog- to read it at that moment and then continue in another moment here - where i do not accumulate a baggage within and as my mind - assisting me to accept and allow to direct me in every moment of breath to express as life.

FOOD:
Foccacia sandwich with grilled zuchini, spinach, onions, mushroom and cheese
and steamed veggies wihich i put  raw chipotle sauce i made, raw salsa verde and rosemary cream sauce
Evening:
Cup of raw Vietnamese pho soup
Snack:
5 raw cinnamon bread (size 2x 2/1/2 each) that i made day before
*The next day waking up a bit heavy but not so much
*I spot the 'unaware - eating'  character - will direct this in this blog

*I made the List Short Today * 

So i can see the 'if not this then the opposite way - knowledge' character is playing out - so will direct this

Self-forgiveness:
***I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to believe that if i cannot do something the way i want to - i can do it another way - the opposite way - as i exist within and as energy within/as my mind - defining myself within opposites and polarity.

I commit to when and as i see myself believing if i cannot do something the way i want to - i can do it the other way - defining myself within the 'i am the positive and negative -oneness my way is which ever way - i can do it - i know' character -  i stop- i breathe and change my starting point - to rather think on what way to do things to assist myself to change my starting point  to/as 'who i am here' - asking myself 'who am i?' in what i do - and accept and allow me to direct me to express as life as who i am - as the physical here breath by breath moment by moment.

* Did enroll in the Nutrition School
**I had a choice to make it October but choose to make it Sept.
*Did The Website They made for me - updated it and changed some words that is polarized that i was allowed to change. The rest i cannot change so left it as it is.
*The Making of website is not part of my to do list for the day so - that's one thing i noticed - i do something that i 'did not direct me to do and not do what i directed me to do - so i will direct the 'rebel' character - so will direct this.

SELF-forgiveness Statement:
***I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to do the opposite of what i directed myself to do - as i exist within and as my mind- sabotaging self as the physical - defining myself within the 'sabotaging me - self- suppression' character. I commit myself to when and as i see myself sabotage myself by doing the opposite of what i directed me to do - i stop - i breathe. I realise this is me suppressing me to express who i am here within and as my mind - so to accept and allow me to direct me to express me as who i am as life- as self.

FOOD :BODY
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to define myself within the 'unaware of what i am eating - i don't care' character - where i am not standing equal to and one with/as food and with/as my body - so to assist myself to accept and allow myself to direct me to bring the food here when i eat and stand equal to the food as an expression of who i am.

Through this-
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to not remember the detail of my physical
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to not remember the detail of my skeleton structure
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to not remember the detail of the muscle tissue surrounding it
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to not realise i have a heart
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to not realise i have to breathe
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to not be the breath in every moment here

Self-commitment:
I commit myself to direct myself to accept and allow me to express who i am as life and through writing, self-forgiveness and self-corrective application - accept and allow me to remember the detail of my physical - accept and allow me to remember the detail of my skeleton structure  - to accept and allow me to remember the muscle tissue surrounding it

I commit myself  to through writing, self-forgiveness and self-corrective application - direct me to to accept and allow me to realise i have a heart - to realise i have to breathe - to be the breath in every moment here - to experience the physical - to be aware of the temperature regulating it

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to speak the self-commitments fast - believing i still have to look at any backchats that come up - where i was doubting  - where i was not sure of whether to speak it or to write - believing doing both is too much - defining myself within the ' do it fast - overwhelmed - just do it - i did it' ' character - where i did not look at who i am in what i do - where i did not see/ realise and understand that it is not what i do that matters but what is my starting point when i do something - where i am trapped as the character - where i abdicated who i am here - so i commit myself to when and as i see myself speaking self-commitment fast - i stop and breathe - change my starting point -clap 2x to bring me back to the physical and say, 'i am here' and be here as breath.and then speak the self- corrective statement - then apply what was said in my self-corrective statement or script - in the physical
